We absolutely loved this place. The second we walked in we knew we had chosen well. The waitress was wonderful, friendly and attentive and didn't hesitate to recommend specialities, and also made our family (a 2 year old and 4 year old) feel very welcome. My husband had the spare ribs which were so delicious that the kids tried to... More

Simply said, this is a traditional restaurant that perfectly executes some of the most famous Tyrolean (and regional) dishes. The food is great as is the selection of beers. Feel free to ask for an English menu as they have them! Staff is very helpful and will let you know what the daily specials are (as they do in most... More

Well, this place is just amazing! It's a beautiful cabin in the woods, on top of the city. Typical Tirolese food and great atmosphere! I went from Spain with my girlfriend and some family. We booked a few days in advance after we read the fabulous ratings, so we were pretty excited. Communication flowed all the time, and they were... More

When visiting Innsbruck it is essential to have a meal in a hut on the mountain. There are many surrounding the city where you can walk up. This one you can drive to and taste mountain life. They have some unique dishes only made here. Order the ribs in advance by phone and get ready to enter heaven.

The Käsespätzle with Krautsalat were really delicious, and quite a huge portion! For dessert we shared a blueberry Kaiserschmarrn, which was served in a pan and tasted just great. The place is really cozy, with a real Austrian atmosphere- so are the dishes. The staff was really nice, friendly and attentive- would always come again, probably after a good hike... More

This charming little restaurant, in a chalet about an hour's walk or 15minutes by bus from the centre of town, should be compulsory for anyone in Innsbruck. We ate there twice - trying a nightly special dish, then returning for a fondue, which must be ordered in advance. Both dinners were great tasting, generous in size and very reasonable. Cannot... This restaurant is in the mountain with a very difficult access and is about twenty minutes from our House by car ! We decided to have a lunch there at 11 am and phone them to book a table at 1:00 PM which was accepted by the people at the restaurant. When we arrive at 1:05 the restaurant was full... More

It was really great there - very nice ambient. It's up over the city and the street is from one side of town not so good to drive. But the restaurant was great, traditional meals - meat with a beer for a good price.

Had a great night out at the Buzihutte, an unforgettable experience. Remotely located and overlooking Innsbruck, we enjoyed a great local meal in a truly remarkable environment. Accompanied by the sound of a local musician with an accordion and passionate yodeller, we enjoyed some delicious sausages and potatoes. Nice selection of beverages as well, which makes the place truly perfect... More
