Great vegetarian fine dining.

Although I only had lunch here, its save to say that this place deserves multiple visits. The cucumber soup was fantastically fresh and super subtle in flavours. Although I only had lunch here, its save to say that this place deserves multiple visits. The cucumber soup was fantastically fresh and super subtle in flavours. Very good black noodles with fresh tomatoes, nuts and herbs. But the stars of the meal were the incredible warm home made bread, the lovely, lovely plum juice and the perfect desert.

We are not vegetarians at all, but we decided it would be worth a try to go for a completely vegetarian gourmet menu - even at the end of winter, when vegetables are not at their plentiest. And yes, it totally was. The essence from mushrooms was perfect, the easter nest with the slowly poached egg fantastic. I personally do... More

The variety of tastes and textures was wonderful. It was a two man team cooking for 6 couples, one cooking, the other serving and explaining each dish is detail. It's not cheap but we knew the price beforehand and the quality is exceptional. After eating 7 dishes we were not hungry - and we do have good appetites. If you've... More

There is only one menu - an eight (I think) course taster - it is inventive, with many surprises and the quality is excellent. My favourite was the coffee bean-infused risotto with a black sesame seed sorbet but only by a narrow margin. There are only a handul of tables so its wise to book in advance - several people... 7 course meal. Except one dish which was good, the rest were simply outstanding. Kudos to the chef. Small restaurant, needs to be booked in advance. A must go if you are vegetarian & happen to be in Innsbruck

Went there due to the high reviews here. Very imaginative menu and great creativity. The taste whilst interesting but lacking depths. I thought the price was a tad too that may leave some people still hungry. Go if you are a true vegetarian aristocrat.

Was definitely some differently prepared vegetarian food but not as creative as expected !! It was not satisfying enough. The taste buds as well as stomach were longing for more as we walked out. Heavy for the pockets.

Was lucky enough to eat here recently with my wife and two sons and what a delight it was - thank you to Nico, his fantastic chef and the excellent and thoughtful front of house man who looked after us so well and made the whole event even more special - as everyone else has said the food is to... Ate here a few weeks ago with my wife and a friend. As a vegetarian of many years' standing, I can struggle to find a really decent culinary experience. Nico and his staff provided that, in spades. The food was exemplary, the ambiance perfect, the wine likewise. All in all one of the best restaurant experiences I've enjoyed in my... More

I visited the restaurant several times during my recent business trip to Innsbruck. The first time, I was actually invited for a business dinner - and once I visited this place, it did not make sense to go anywhere else, so I returned a few more times both for lunch as well as dinner. And I was never disappointed! Really,... More
