Thanks, tripadvisor, for helping me find this place. Chef (artist) Nicolas Curtil is simply brilliant! Everything was fantastic, creative, gorgeous, and delicious. The meal was perfectly balanced, well-paced, fully described, and plated with elegant artistry. I was very pleased with everything.
