For the price you pay, one has to expect impecable dishes, but it felt as if some dishes weren't compiled from the freshest ingredients. Hence lacked flavour. This was our collective experience with 3 out of the 7 dishes. The 4 others were delightful, though also lacked the high quality to make them memorable. Yes, it's all vegetarian and you'd... More

We took a chance and we traveled from Garmisch to Innsbruck for dinner at Chez Nico(45 minutes ride). We were in for a surprise. 7 course meal that just surprised us with every dish. Creative, innovative and most important YUMMY!!! The combination of tastes was sublime, we were amazed one time after another. My husband is vegetarian and I am... More

Last week-end, I had the opportunity to try Nicolas Curtil's food. It was a wonderful experience! I am not a vegetarian. I eat everything: meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, and I should confess that I particularly like good red meat ... But Nicolas worked so well his vegs, fruits, seeds and seaweeds that I did not "lack" anything. He did no... More

Total cost for a dinner for two-150 euros. Don't know where the reviews on Trip Advisor got the 15-20 amount. Food- fusion, not French. A fixed six course menu, with extremely small portions of food(if you can call 10grams of celery with 5grams of avocado mayonnaise food, just to give you an idea what one course consists of). Names of... More

I like food not only for sustenance but because it appeals to so many of our senses: smell, vision, taste and touch. Indeed, I consider cooking as a form of art and the cook an artist. Sadly, very few restaurants can deliver an experience as memorable and inspiring as a trip to, lets say a gallery, or any other presentation... More

The food here is delicious, but more importantly the unusual combinations of ingredients, flavors, textures and organization makes this place exceptional. The waiter is interested in giving you the best experience possible; he's very attentive, knows what wine to pair with each part of your meal, and is always interested in your opinion of the dish.

Probably my favourite restaurant ever - I pondered this for a little while, but I think it is true. The food is such an interesting, eclectic twist on vegetarian food, superb colour, texture and flavour. The service is good and not intrusive and friendly, it has an intimate setting. Nice clean lines in the decor. Good bottle of Austrian wine.... More

After living in Innsbruck for a year - this restaurant is a fantastic find! Beautifully creative and delicious food. Every course is a delight to the eyes and taste buds. The atmosphere is friendly and the decor elegant in a refreshingly simple way - Already booked to return for another delicious meal.
