For me the best Fish Restaurant in Innsbruck is "Trattoria da Peppino"! Even in Italia i have never eat any better. Fresh fish, see foods, amazing pasta and of course nice, friendly service!

We visited this restaurant in August at the height of tourist season in Innsbruck. After a day of fighting the crowds in old town it was a pleasant surprise to cross the river and find this little trattoria. We asked the friendly waiter what was good and he said he'd take care of us. What we had was two different... More

This Italian restaurant is across the river from the town centre in a quiet spot. We were promptly served by the proprietor who spoke perfect English. We followed his recommendations and had an excellent Italian meal. For starters we had the Tuna Carpaccio and Scallops, followed by Spaghetti Tutti Mare. We shared a Sea bass baked in salt. This was... More

We stumbled on this restaurant by chance since it was just round the corner from our hotel. Waiter could not have been more helpful in explaining the fresh fish he had available and made suggestions on the accompanying sauce. This restaurant is not cheap but worth every euro for the wonderful experience. My wife and I loved watching the waiter... More

Warm and friendly service. The servers were genuinely interested in explaining the menu, types of fish and preparation. The food was well-prepared and delicious. A bit pricey for the quantity but overall an excellent experience. The tiramisu is homemade and worth it.

We received a warm welcome, and the restaurant had a good atmosphere. Everything went well until we ordered. Perhaps it was because we were only having pasta, salad (and then coffee and dessert) when all around us seemed to be having 3 or more courses, but we were ignored after that. It took ages to get another drink, the waitresses... More

This is THE Italian place to eat at while in Innsbruck. It is the locals favorite and the quality of the food is very high. This is not a tourist trap but a place to experience a great meal with a loved one. Peppino is the man!
