Perfect spot, perfect coffee

A good day starts with a good breakfast and everybody knows that, especially the staff from Katzung cafe! Excellent variety of breakfasts in a very cozy atmosphere, right in the city center.

We stopped in at Cafe Katzung for a coffee and cake before getting our train home to Munich. We both ordered a kännchen of coffee which was served in a delightful French press. It was hot, fresh and good value at €5 for a healthy 2 cups. My husband had a delicious Bailey's torte which was soft, tasty and covered... More

We went here recently with our two children for coffee and cake. It is quite a large cafe with a nice relaxing atmosphere. All the cakes on display looked delicious but my daughter went for the chocolate torte and my son went for the ice cream. Both were very tasty. The coffee is good but it would be nice if... More

After walking tour the beatiful old town, we stopped by at Katzung conditerei. We enjoyed ice cream there while seating outdoor. The ice cream was soft and tasty. The cafe was at strategic lication just in the other side golden roof house. Spent some times there while enjoying the scenery of oldtown and the crowd passing by.

We have been there last Friday. We ordered couple of proseccos and Remy Martin brandy. The amount of prosecco was barely ok although on the shorter side of "OK". The amount of brandy instead made us think it was a joke: it was literally two drops, not even enough to see the colour of the brandy in the glass. We... More

Located in the middle of the Innsbruck Altstadt, this cafe/resto has a lot to offer. The service is very good and friendly, with a lot of attention to detail for a small restaurant in a prime touristic location. Food wise was very good, the food came really fast from the kitchen and we had a pleasant meal while we were... More

Busy place but has its flair, love the wall that gets done every few weeks, nice staff can get slow when it's busy, but it's ok I take my time as long as my coffee is hot and my cake is good, it's always fun being here.. Mind you it is a busy place, but that makes it interesting..

We had spent the day up the mountain exploring the snowy tops, it was a lovely sunny day so very warm, but once the sun goes down you can feel the chill. We were looking for a nice little cafe to have a warm drink and stumbled across Cafe Katsung. It was lovely, delicious and well presented cappuccino led to... More
