This place was a real find. The food was lovely; the coffee was perfect; and the staff could not have been friendlier.

Absolutely lovely ice creams for the children, a cointreaubecher and an Eiskaffee for me. Really nice service, allowing the children to go and look at the ice creams available and the only downside that happened was the a "beggar" came through us looking for money. Nice people sitting nearby ensured that I did not lose something, and the location just... More

Good coffee stop near the old Rathaus and stadtturm. Good coffees and imaginative lemonades. Nice terrace. Good breakfasts.

We had breakfast there in 30 July 2014, forgot one of our member's mobile there, the waitress kept is for us. The service is incredible, they do not have English menu but ready to help you select breakfast properly and nicely. Highly recommended

This place was amazing, and reasonably priced! I recommend checking out their natural yogurt with crumble, strawberries and honey.

Stop into this clean and welcoming cafe to the left when facing the golden roof. The gelato is excellent, my daughters recommend the stracciatella. We had Kaffee und Kuchen here too, and the server was welcoming in both German and English. I can recommend the Katzung Torte, which has chocolate and hazelnut. The apple strudel is also very good, and... More

Went into this restuarant and both my wife and I have no German whatsoever but were greeted by a young fair haired English waitress who made us feel so at home. She went through all of the menu options explaining everything and we both felt so at ease. It made the experience so pleasurable. It was so busy be she... More

After discovering that milk in Tirol is some of the tastiest in the world, my husband and I quickly started on the hunt for the best hot chocolate and ice cream in this region. Cafe Katzung did not disappoint. After a day of walking around Innsbruck, we treated ourselves to a scoop of ice cream and a mug of hot... More

Nice and relaxing great coffee and cake. We were a bit unsure about the ordering process but managed to get what we wanted. It was tasty too.

we've been here again and again and again.. so it is time to tell you about it. right in the heart of historic Innsbruck is this very traditional café in a beautiful old building. Good quality of food, homemade cakes and traditional snacks. Friendly staff, clean and welcoming.
