Breakfast was delish

Our hotel had a semi-continental breakfast so we walked 5 minutes to Fingerlos. The best breakfast in the area, by far (we were here for 5 days). The smoked salmon, fresh juice, scrambled eggs and croissants.

Fingerlos is one of the best options for breakfast in the city, it has a very extensive breakfast menu - from the traditional croissant or scrambled eggs, to the more unique such as marinated tofu and fruit - there is something for everyone. It serves breakfast all day and more reasonable than the standard hotel cost of ca€15 per breakfast,... More

My boyfriend and I traveled around Europe for a while and made it a tradition to get a traditional breakfast in each city. I have to say, the smoked salmon breakfast - though likely not traditional - was absolutely delicious. 14 euro seems a bit much to pay, but the amount of food is very worth it. Excellent quality and... More

6 out of 5! Don't buy breakfast in the hotel if you are staying anywhere within walking distance - their breakfast options will blow your mind! Try the Fingerlos breakfast or the one with salmon and grapefruit juice - you won't need lunch afterwards. Pastries are also very good, even though I'm not a sweet tooth. 100% recommended

We chose to eat here everyday instead of a euro16 day charge for our hotel breakfast. It's very elegant here and u can eat well for 20 euros. Ham and eggs excellent very friendly staff they all are and special mention to Chris who's very attentive.

When we stayed in Salzburg, we went here for breakfast every day. The food was very fresh and tasty and they serve very good coffee. The ambience was very nice and the service impeccable.

Been there twice or so and really really loved. I had always heard about Cafe Fingerlos but hadn't been there but then suddenly had a chance to go twice in less time. It was really good. First time, I just ordered an Iced Cafe which is so beautiful and tasty. The only thing he forgot was to ask us if... More

Cannot recommend this place enough. This lovely restaurant was recommended by our hotel a short walk away. Our beverages were served on lovely individual trays; the coffee was delicious and the OJ fresh and tasty. Breakfast was delicious. Herby eggs and prosciutto, yum! Really, really delicious.

It is a good restaurant with nice pastry. It is always good to explore different place for breakfast instead of only breakfast served at the hotel. Coffee is nice. Bacon and eggs are awesome. Especially the outdoor table is under the morning glory.

We had phone issues, and a young lady in the little tobacconist just round the corner from Fingerlos went out of her way to help us. When asked if there was a good restaurant she recommend Fingerlos, so we had lunch there and the food was great. I mean everything, fresh bread, pastries, cakes, coffee and all well priced. The waitress was to... More
