After being ignored for about 20 minutes we had to ask the waitress to being us the menu. Our table was dirty, no one seemed to have cleaned it after the previous costumers had left. When one of the waiters finally decided to take our order, we were informed that the restaurant was all out of bread. Not a single... More

Old-fashioned Austrian/Graz style pub restaurant with good food, reasonably priced. Sitting outside, one can watch the world go by in the Schlossbergplatz.

A nice place to have a meal in the centre of Graz, just before climbing the Schlossberg. Good food, with specials on each day which are posted on blackboards outside. Bad thing is that they don't have wifi. The waiter said that they maybe even do, but that he doesn't know the password. Will return because of the great food.

As I can't get Schnitzels in Ireland it's always such a treat when I visit Germany or Austria to have a Schnitzel. This place probably has the best Schnitzels in Graz so I would definitely recommend going here.

Good old-fashioned restaurant with traditional local menu. Try anything (liver e.g.), but Kaiserschmarrn (sweet, fat pancake) is a MUST, together with domestic blueberry, grape or apple juice. Kind staff with good manners. Enjoy!

After a walk at night in Graz we spotted this restaurant without previous idea on its existence, and we were captivated by its outdoor part as well as for the decoration of the interior. We decided to have dinner here and were not dissapointed. Very kind and helpful staff, excellent atmosphere, well located just below the tower clock steps and,... More

I've always liked this place and go there at least once whenever I'm in Graz. There is a good selection of authentic Steirische food that hasn't been given a modern twist. The schilcer wine is delicious too, fresh, light pinky gold and not very strong, just right for lunch time.

Excellent traditional Steirische cooking. Daily seasonal offers, good local wine, outside seating in the spring /summer months. Don't miss!

Most often is quite difficult to find a non touristic restaurant in one of the most touristic area of the cities like the square at the bottom of the Schloss in Graz, but in fact this is the case: nice typical food with professionalism. The only thing they should quite fast improved, especially considering their location, is the acceptance of... More
