The best things about this restaurant are: (1) location is great, right in the center of the old Graz, with a quaint feel of a small town square with tables outside and inside; (2) the food was delicious (we had mostly the Spaetzle, the Schnitzel, pretzels, and the sides that came with the meal, like great potato salad); (3) decent... Although when you first enter seem just a typical place, the food is very good and with reasonable pricing. Service was fast and the waitress was very helpful in explaining to us the variety of dishes. Excellent local beers.

We came here on a wet Sunday afternoon when you crave the food that sticks to your bones and fills you and gives you the warm feeling. This is the reason we came here as this place has the reputation for good wholesome food. Well we both ordered the tomato soup which did taste of tomato but it wasn't anything... More

We spent NYE in Graz and ate twice in this nice restaurant in the historical centre (unfo lots of restaurant were closed on 31.12 and we actually didn't know where to go apart from Glock Brau tried the previous day). It is a typical austrian guesthouse with nice staff, yet not all of them speaks English. I think it is... More

This place is just near the 'must see' Glockenspiel attraction. They are offering traditional Austrian food. We've loved the Kasespacle (hope I am spelling it right, it is cheese nudle), the spareribs and the Schnitzel. The local beers are also very nice, but be cautious they are strong. If you have 'sweettooth' don't miss the desert I am recommending the... More

Ribs looked fantastic, the Schnitzel is great, watch out for the really strong dark beer. Great night had here.

... but nevertheless excellent beer (ask for the in-house brewed brand) and decent "Austrian" food in the center of Graz. Especially recommedable in summer when you can sit outside. Service could be improved, maybe stereotype "Dirndl" and "Lederhose" supposed to present Austrian culture, limit service speed.

Nice terrace situated right in the center of Graz - good beer & pretzels. Really nice atmosphere - right next to the clock tower.
