The location in the heart of the city is almost unbeatable. It's a great place for a beer or two; but there is much better food available in the restaurants nearby.

Not an expensive restaurant, but for this price it could do better anyway. Average interior, average food. I had "Vitalteller", which was supposed to be grilled chicken on mixed seasonal salad, but there was one type of green salad only, with maybe two small pieces of tomatoes and sauce, which tasted strange. My boyfriend had chicken wrapped with bacon and... More

Beautiful and charming interior. Excellent food, try wiener schnitzel. Good selection of beer. Moderate prices. Friendly, helpful and professional staff.

The food there was really ok. I've chosen a schnitzel, which was very nice. A potato sald was delicious. And because they produce their own beer I've chosen the dunkel - dark one. It was very nice, not too strong, with a little bit of bitterness and chocolate and coffee flavours. I had to wait for waiter to take an... More

Great restaurant in a little square with the spectacle of the Glockenspiel overhead. Waitresses dressed in old style local clothing and very helpful. Food was really good and great value.

The best things about this restaurant are: (1) location is great, right in the center of the old Graz, with a quaint feel of a small town square with tables outside and inside; (2) the food was delicious (we had mostly the Spaetzle, the Schnitzel, pretzels, and the sides that came with the meal, like great potato salad); (3) decent... Although when you first enter seem just a typical place, the food is very good and with reasonable pricing. Service was fast and the waitress was very helpful in explaining to us the variety of dishes. Excellent local beers.

We came here on a wet Sunday afternoon when you crave the food that sticks to your bones and fills you and gives you the warm feeling. This is the reason we came here as this place has the reputation for good wholesome food. Well we both ordered the tomato soup which did taste of tomato but it wasn't anything... More

We spent NYE in Graz and ate twice in this nice restaurant in the historical centre (unfo lots of restaurant were closed on 31.12 and we actually didn't know where to go apart from Glock Brau tried the previous day). It is a typical austrian guesthouse with nice staff, yet not all of them speaks English. I think it is... More
