Description: The Magnolia is a restaurant which self-confidently tests the limits of good taste – in a positive sense. Austrian-Mediterranean ingredients go into the pot, and top international cuisine emerges. It’s not just Gault Millau and the Falstaff who appreciate this with their limitless enthusiasm. It's anyone who has ever eaten here.

In all honesty when you pay EUR300 for two you should expect a lot... The food was great but being kicked out at 10:30pm because the restaurant closes? Sorry... Graz is not that provincial or is it?

Choice of this restaurant was a purely convenience as we stayed at Augarten Hotel. We did not have table booked, so we just turned up. Straight from the entrance, place airs class and elegance. Little problematic was ordering food for a kid, so we asked something to be made that was not available on the menu. Dishes served are really... More

Booked a table in English, they had a English menu printed out for me. The young waiting staff were really helpful and nice and tried there best to speak English with me. The bread, butter and truffle cream, salami we got to start was really nice. We even ordered a glass of champagne to have with it. Only little negative... More

They have a wide selection of best of austrian wine and some hard stuff too. Perfect place for business dinner. We had some fish starter and meat main course was fine taste and just right medium.... Adjacent to the Augartenhotel and about a 15 minute walk from the center of Graz. Food is at a very high level, not just for Austria, but compared to anywhere in the world. Small restaurant with perhaps 20 tables. Service is very good. Food is imaginative and plated with flair. This is European contemporary food - if you are looking... More

Me and my wife went to this restaurant for lunch, having read the reviews I was expecting a good vegi meal and I was not disappointed. This Is self service buffet where you 1st choose your cold plate mainly different salads and then you choose your hot plate being pasta and stuff. The cost is really good for what you... More

I was taken to dinner here by my customer and I have to say that it was probably the best food experience I had while I was in Graz. I'm sure that you can find places with better views but I doubt that you can find better food and service. It was a small restaurant tucked behind the Augarten hotel.... More

As good as Aiola Upstairs. We were five people. Everybody was happy. I recommend the Veal carpaccio & lobster lemon salad
