Nice restaurant

Had diner twice in this restaurant. Excellent food, nice setting and a 3 course menu for 38 euro with wide selection is very affordable. Try the tarte tatin as dessert this was really excellent. Also the winelist is pretty good and also affordable.

Do not be put off by the name and assume it is an expensive caviar place . It is a friendly reasonably priced French restaurant serving consistently good food . There are a good selection of regular dishes plus a daily special that can run out . Favourite dishes are the confite of duck ,the chicken curry, The poached salmon... More

Privileged to be resident - a 'Local' in Monte Carlo I dine regularly at 'La Maison du Caviar' but have never ordered Sturgeon roe preferring the smoked Salmon and blinis, and have never been disappointed in either the cuisine or the service. The fact that the 'Maitre d' is a very shapely, very French and very efficient 'Maitresse d' adds... More

Although the restaurant was rather crowded at that time we went in but they somehow managed to serve us in speed and the food was good! Staffs are friendly.

We are in Monaco every August for many years now and every year we come to this restaurant for dinner at least two or three times. It is a very cozy, friendly place with an amazing food. It is a few steps from the Casino, but on a quet street. Many locals or people who visit regulary like us, come... More

Very reasonably priced for Monaco. Recommend by the Fairmont, Monaco concierge, after I explained that I did not want to spend a truck load of money and that I wanted to go to a place the locals frequent. Good looking diners of all ages, pleasant and accommodating waitstaff, typical ambiance. My boeuf tartare was excellent. Cesar salad with added chicken... More

As La Maison du Caviar is only five minutes walk from our home in Monaco, we have been frequenting this lovely family restaurant for many years, often more than once a week. La Maison does not claim to be a gourmet restaurant competing with Louis XV in Hotel de Paris - but its fair is always tasty, often excellent -... More

Had the goats cheese salad which was actually very nice. Other than that, menu did not offer much choice for vegetarians, which I suppose should not be surprising for an establishment serving French cuisine. Friend had the steak, was a thumbs up.

A family owned and operated restaurant in the heart of Monaco. Both indoor and outdoor dining. You are greeted by the owner whose husband is in the kitchen. The €35 price fixd three course inner is a steal anywhere, fois gras, or smoked salmon is always on as a first plate, the second is everything from fresh fish, to steak... More
