Service was very good and couldn't do enough to make you feel at home. When we sat down they change the channel to an English movie. They were watching a greek version of X factor. Obviously a family run effort. Inside looks like some ones front room. Decor a bit run down, but the saving grace is the food. Truly... More

This family run restaurant offers a good selection of traditional Cypriot oven cooking, including rabbit stifado, and offers fantastic value - a meal for two with wine and change from 30 euros!

Nice food cooked in the traditional way. Not many places left like this in the area. Family run business

Visited this restaurant after reading the earlier reviews. The take away chicken was indeed delicious & at 10 Euros was a bargain as it fed the two of us two nights. We booked for a Friday Night Suckling pig, again this was lovely and served with Cous Cous which was delicious - disappointed we didn't get giant beans with it.... More

Well worth a visit. On the main Polis to Latchi road. Opposite the Pool Hall. Friday is suckling pig night and it it advisable to pre-book either your table or take away. A lot of locals use this restaurant and there is a constant stream of vehicles collecting their take away. Cost about 15 euros per head including Wine.

Went with my parents & the food was very tasty. The beef stifado & meatballs were great. We initially wanted Lamb Kleftico but it wasn't available but they are cooking it for us for another night....Fab service!! Also the 'mini waitress' did such a good job (little niece of the owner) x

This small but authentic Cypriot local taverna has the best village salad (Stavroula - the lady owner says it's a secret dressing recipe!) and the most delicious spit roasted chicken in Cyprus or anywhere for that matter. We frequent the prodromi taverna regularly and it never disappoints. The staff are very friendly and will always chat with you. It is... More

We visited this restaurant with my Uncle (who lives in Cyprus) for lunch. It may not look much from outside but the lady who owns it made us very welcome. We ate a fresh salad and home made bread and chicken with chips and a vegetable dish with butter beans in a tomato sauce and the food was well presented... More

Whilst eating here saw a lot of locals collect takeaway. They serve rabbit, chicken and peas , beans and lots if traditional meals. In the day they have a chicken rotisserie which looks delicious! Would probably not eat in again in the evening due to lack of atmosphere. The meals were very rustic as expected apart from the pork afelia... More
