A Village Salad and fresh Sea Bass on our first visit - some of the best we have had. A light chicken dish specially prepared by the owner before our flight home - very special. We feel that we made a real friend - the owner gave us helpful advice and looked after us well - above and beyond what... More

We had been told that the best food in Paphos was to be found away from the touristy areas and that we needed to travel into the hills, away from the coast. After two very disappointing meals following that advice we decided to walk along the row of restaurants on Tombs of the Kings Road and just have a look.... More

If you're happy with your dinner being hijacked by cypriot dancing, tinned dolmades, frozen food and chips with every thing then go elsewhere. This taverna is the real deal. Nothing is ever frozen. everything is fresh home cooked fare that delights the senses. To top your experience off, You'll find a host who gives you the best of cypriot hospitality.... More

A beatiful place withe the warmest people! Real homemade food served and cooked by the owners. Meze, Moussaka, and Souvla is just some of what I have tried, but all is really good, and for a good price... All the best to Panikos, and Dora for some lovely food, talks and good experience in Paphos... I will be back!

We read so much good from this place, that we wantend tot try it, we have being there at our first evening, and because of the excellent food and the very nice owner and his wife, we returned every evening. We let Panikos to decide every evening what we eat. That way, we had the best traditional food off Cyprus,... More

We called in to this restaurant on the off-chance but the owner said it was closed for a few days while his bar was refitted. Being vegetarians, we had heard that his vegetable moussaka was the best and told the owner so. He said if we came back on the following Tuesday he would cook us a special moussaka fresh... More

Stumbled across the Piatsa on New Years Eve, having never tried it before. What a great discovery! Friendly, family run place, serving delicious freshly cooked traditional Greek food. Very reasonably priced too - particularly the excellent wine at 12 euros a bottle. Would recommend it highly.
