Have eaten at Tweedies several times and they never fails to impress! It was my birthday and we were inviting two friends to share the experience with us. The usual warm welcome on walking in and, the chalkboard wishing me a happy birthday! Hilary kindly...offered two menu's without prices as I wanted our friends to choose what they would like to eat rather than what they thought they should order. Opted for the red house wine which is very reasonably priced and very drinkable! The food was absolutely perfect, we all enjoyed our choices absolutely no complaints at all. Even had a small cake with a candle and happy birthday sang! 😲😲 Tweedies was the perfect choice, its around the corner from our local where we had a few drinks first and the restaurant itself always looks so welcoming with a lovely atmosphere there. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tweedies either for just a nice meal or a special event.More
