We ate at Letymboy Tavern on our first night in the village and on a Friday night, when they have cypriot music and serve meze. The food was good and plentiful, more than we could eat. The owner couple are very friendly and want to make you feel at home and welcome from the minute you set foot there until... More

Very good Greek Taverna. Seats about a 100 in a very good atmosphere. Service is excellent and always friendly. It is now probably the best Taverna in the area and among the surrounding villages. If you want to eat inexpensively where the Greeks eat then I suggest you give it a try, I also note that friends in the area,... More

I am not new to this taverna. It is the place we consistently visit because it's consistently excellent. A must when we have visitors because we know Anita and Antonis will not let us down. Last night was no exception. We had family out and we caught up with old friends over a fine meal and excellent Tsangarides wine. I... More

We have just returned from Cyprus, after a two week stay. Unfortunately we only discovered the Letymbou tavern until a week into our holiday. The fact that we ate there 3 out of the last 6 nights, speaks volumes! Excellent reasonaby priced food, that comes well presented and in large portions. The wonderful hosts Anita and Antonis were a genuinely... More

We visit Cyprus every year, staying in rented villas in the Paphos region and, as dining out is 'our thing', we drive around visiting some old favourites and hunting out new places to eat. Having seen this place on Tripadvisor, with its number 2 placing, I was curious to see what made it so good. The answer is .... it... More

We visited the village of Letymbou for a lunchtime snack. We chose Letymbou Tavern as from the outside it looked exactly like a Taverna. We sat inside as it was away from the sun and much cooler. It had a very authentic setting. We were served by a lovely lady called Anita whom turned out to be the owner. She... More

Situated in the centre of the village of Letymbou the owners Antonis and Anita could not be more welcoming . The food is outstanding. All in all it is an excellent experience which we, and friends and family have enjoyed on several occasions.

We were visiting my cousin again and as usual visited Letymbou Tavern. A wonderful meal and very warm welcome awaited us. Well worth the trip up from Paphos if that is where you are staying
