Top hospitality, excellent food!

If you love great home made food with special atmosphere, this one definitely has it. We had the lamb and musaka, with great extras on the side. All vegetables are fresh grown in their garden - what a treat!

Visited 13th Jul and like other reviewers found the setting pleasant. Wear mosquito protection if seated outdoors. Had the meze meal which gives good choice of home cooked dishes. We were recommended the "village wine" which was tepid and quite tasteless. Most expensive wine we have had so far so far at 15 euro which was a shock. Good meal... More

We went twice because it was so fantastic. The owner - Matteus - is so welcoming and was brilliant with our 3 & 4 year old. We ate under a canopy of grapes - fresh grilled gilt head sea bream and calamari. He's had this place for 25 years, and it's a family run business. All fresh tasty ingredients -... More

We liked the whole experience. Good food, reasonably priced and a lovely host. We would give it another go. Also a lovely view of the sea while seated under grapevines.

Don't be fooled when you walk in. It may look basic but it is far from it. It is a Cypriot village feel to it. You are immediately made welcome in this family run restaurant and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant is run by a lovely and welcoming family, who serve the most amazing authentic greek food. It is unfortunate that not many people seem to know about it, since every time I have been whether it is with my family or significant other I have had a delicious meal in a lovely atmosphere. Would recommend the meze, the... More

It was a big friendly oasis with perfect food, big portions and really great owners. My best recommendations are to "krasata" with lemonade. Ask for bergamot jam!

Authentic food served by a very proud owner siting under delicious vines of grapes. Food is to die for and you may well do if you try to eat the super large portions so beautifully plated out for your delight. Keeps luring me back for more meals every time we visit the island

If you want real home cooked food, eating under the spreading vines on a pergola in a peaceful setting, then this is the restaurant for you. It is on the outskirts of Paphos, passed the tomes of the Kings (and just passed Lidyl). It's been there for many years now. The Kannavias family grow their own vegetables and fruit, pick... More
