Authentic cypriot cafe/taverna in a stunning, hidden away mountain village. Beautiful stone houses and ancient village walls, 30 minutes from Limassol. Hidden secret featured in SBS 'Feast' magazine 2011. Uninterrupted views of surrounding mountains and vineyards. Friendly and helpful service from the 2 owners (one lived in UK for 25 yrs). Warm Atmosphere and Good Homemade Food

We visited the tavern after a visit at a wine producer in the area. Its a traditional tavern with a big fireplace, serving good Cyprus Food. We also had 2 bottles of local wine. If you are in the area please visit this tavern and Mrs.Maria will love to serve you her homemade food

We came to this taverna following a visit to wine producer in the area. It was a bit late for lunch but Maria and Aristos (the owners) made no objections in serving us food. The restaurant is a traditional cute taverna popular also with locals. Given the weather we stayed inside but the terrace looks really nice for the summer.... More

We came by this place purely coincidentally on our way back from the Trodos. We didn't mean to have a meal, just a beer with some fries. Having seen Maria cooking herself we thought it might be worthwhile to try some dolmathes also. They brought in the village salad, beetroots, tahini and the best ever yoghurt we have ever eaten... Very good restaurant in a picturesque setting, very pleasant owners and above all, simple, fresh and high quality food (and generous portions). The highlight was the grilled chicken which was expertly cooked, crunchy outside and succulent inside.

The perfect combination of atmosphere, food, tranquility and companionship. The kind of food you will never be served in a luxereous restaurant. Very down to earth, but extremely tastefull! Prepared and served by the owner and his wife. Good, very fresh salad with excellent chicken, lamb and souvlaki. A bit difficult to find, repainted the restaurant in blue and white,... More

While preparing the food we took a walk through the village. They had the grill on this day so there was only meat surved from... More

The food was very very good. Really good quality . It 's like the meals that we(cypriots) eat only in family reunions. They also serve us their own wine which is very good and local desserts that they made for us immediatly after we arrived .The prices are logical . Last thing, the people are very very friendly and the... More

Love to eat on the beautiful balcony at Korineon in the village of Kilani, only 30mnts drive from Limassol! The food is excellent, fresh and very traditional, the ambience is nice overlooking the main village square. The owners Maria & Aristos are very friendly and good company to talk to while they serve your food. They will always offer you... More

Where do I start. I cannot stop raving about this restaurant to everybody that I meet. This little gem in Limassol is truly wonderful. As you slowly go thorough the lovely small roads of kilani village you come to a beautifully decorated little restaurant. The family run vibe is felt from as soon as you take the first step up... This traditional Cyprus restaurant (or taverna) is located in Kilani village in the Troodos mountains north of Limassol. The food is fresh, very tasty and the couple that owns the restaurant is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant with its outdoors sitting area is perched higher than street level and its lovely. We visited in late spring and the combination... More
