It turns out there are not many and they only operate in the weekend. so we opted to Agia Anna. it is in a village about 20 minutes from Larnaka. but upon arrival we understood that we got to the right place. a warm and welocming service, fantastic selection of... I have been there so many times, and each time, the food is the same delicious as always, the hospitality is always great and the entertainment is always great! Love drinking my icy cold beers with the owner Mr.Costas! Remember one thing though.. go with an empty stomach because the food just keeps coming and coming!!!!

An overall great tavern with lots of different plates, music, nice environment and friendly service! Price accordingly to what they offer considered to be low, and for sure a place that I will be visit again soon!

Excellent location and atmosphere, wonderful meze and reasonable prices. Beer was icy cold, perfect for the hot summer months, food was served quickly, and we were even treated to traditional sweets and liqueur mastiha! In weekends there is also live Greek music, which is definitely welcomed. Will visit again surely.

We were taken here by Grahame at Shema Villa. He introduced us to the owner, Costas, and our great night started from there. This is a traditional taverna family run with food they make from their own farm. So much you wont believe and very good price. Live music, locals dancing, people singing. Lots of fun yet charming and beautiful.

Go there! The food is very good, the owner and his international family are more then ok. A lot of meze, plenty of salads, meat, vegetables , very well prepared. Taste everything, it's an experience worth it! They have also, their wine, very good. The prices are good. If it's weekend you can listen greek music. The inside and the... More

The perfect night to be there is Friday. Lots of meze dishes, good service, although its always packed with the numbers reaching more than 200 guests. The live greek music, and a cyprus folk dancing group makes locals and visitors to get up and dance endlessly.

A lively evening to be had by one and all - not to be recommended if you fancy a quiet, romantic evening! We visited mid week and the taverna was full to capacity and no tourists - a good indication of quality and reasonable prices. The mezze itself was average, nothing memorable about the food. We ordered six mezzes but... More
