The best value in Valetta

if you are looking for a place where locals eat you have just found it. Very cheap place with good food. I ate ftira with omelette and Maltese sausage and goat's cheese as extras and it was just perfect. It is working until 3 p.m. but not on Sundays (I am not sure about Saturdays). Visited this restaurant several times and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. No frills, but good food, freshly prepared. Very popular with locals, it can be hard to find a table but is well worth a visit.

Perfect place for a snack or light meal. They have delicious wraps and breads and also serve pasta and burgers. The food is well priced and the service is good too. I enjoy eating there when in Valletta and used to have lunch from Reno's when I worked in Valletta a few years ago, the quality still continues to be... More

Want a genuine snack or breakfast then stop at Reno and you will be satisfied, The place is nothing special but the service is good and MALTESE , the food is fresh and the rolls , wraps and sandwiches are abundant, Proof is that the orders going out of this place are quite numerous.

Visited this cafe several times during our recent stay in Malta after having read previous revues. Was not disappointed as we were rewarded with very tasty Ciabattas and wraps, full of flavoursome fillings. It was well patronised with locals, a very good sign. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The moto on the wall was... More

Best possible value, excellent cheap place for lunch. I counted seven types of cheese on my salad at the last visit. Cheerful service and yes it's always busy, for good reason.

I stopped in for a late breakfast and saw the plain omelette for $1.90 (comes with salad and bread). So I added Maltese Sausage and goat cheese to the omelette and ordered a pot of coffee. The whole meal was under $4.40. Amazing. I did not realize the omelette would come on local ftira bread. Seriously, the best bread I've... More
