Jubilee Cafe If the heat is getting to you at lunch time call in here. The air conditioning is a relief, the beer chilled and the wine cool. This bar has a good community atmosphere, frequented by the locally placed civil servants and the lady police for their lunch breaks. A good bar for pre or after dinner relaxation, Wednesday... More

As ever this cafe/restaurant has a friendly welcome and pleasant ambience. Good choice of food and drinks and ok prices. Always seems busy, which is a good sign, and free wifi.

We visited Malta in 2013 and found this cafe. It's hard to find but well worth the visit. Friendly staff and good beer. We spent a number of nights here during our holiday, especially at the weekend where the pub moves out side, great if your into people watching. or just want to relax.

Finding this little bar after a very very hot week travelling around the island was a godsend. Spent several evenings in this atmospheric cosy little bar for a few drinks before going for dinner. Wonderful atmosphere great staff old fashioned Victoriana fashion. On two occasions they served us with so much freebies with our drinks that it almost spoilt our... More

I have been to Jubilee about 4 times for a quick hot chocolate but I felt that this time was the right time to review since I tried the fresh home-made ravioli with tomato and basil sauce. The sauce might have been one of the best I got to taste,it was a perfect combination..nothing too acidic and a little bit... More

Jubilee Cafe is a place with its own personality, we were attracted by the live music, we decided to make queue to be served and it was a success! The atmosphere envelops and kindness and speed in addressing of the staff surprised us.

Read reviews about this place and I was not let down. The tables are a bit small and it is cosy, but the food is so good you will not care. Meat eaters will not be unhappy if they were to eat the Jubilee special with pasta. If they want fat pieces of steak the Steak and Ale pie is... More

When it's too hot and your hungry have a pint and a snack here. You'll not be sorry. Good range of booze. Traditional snacks pleasant staff and a cool interior. It's not trying to be a Michelen starred place so lighten up, relax and enjoy. I did.

Thank You FreezingIrish for your comments because finally someone has hit the nail on its head. We are a simple cafe that serve simple good food and drink. No more no less. Any one else expecting anything different is misleading himself. More

Ordered a portion of Mqaret (traditional Maltese street sweet) at Café Jubilee in Valletta and got the saddest dessert I have ever seen - for the ridiculous price of nearly 3,00 euros!!! Usually the real imqaret cost 50c each, so I thought that for the price indicated on the menu this had something spectecular. As you may see from the... More

Dear Corniz, thank you for your write up however i am surprised by your comments because if we stand onut for anything, imqaret is one of our signature dishes!! If you expected a 50c product you could have walked all the way to Valletta entrance and got them there, they are definitely cheaper and bigger but unfortunately we are not... More
