Fresh food, original recipes and lovely environment. Place is always very busy but service is fast. A bit pricey but I believe it is worth it.

Noticed this place several times while passing but it has always been busy. On this occasion we decided to stop. Most of the other customers appeared to be Maltese so I immediately thought that if locals use it then it must be good. It was. The food we had was excellent and we really enjoyed the experience. Disappointed we had... More

I was expecting a restaurant but saw it one morning and went in for a lovely healthy breakfast.... tropical fruit salad with natural yoghurt and a huge home made muesli bar and latte. The milk in Malta is always UHT which spoils the coffee but thoroughly enjoyed the rest . Well worth a daytime visit. Other food looked great too... More

Didn't eat here but adding this review as I hadn't picked-up that this is a day time only venue. When we passed the place - pretty much every day - it was always packed and given the reviews had looked forward to eating there. Unfortunately it is closed in the evening - so beware.

Didn't realise it was a NZ run cafe until our last day in Malta otherwise we would have visited more. Fantastic pies and cakes, just wish I had more time as it was hard choosing between the amazing chicken and mushroom pie or my favourite taste of home, bacon and egg pie. I went for the former and wasn't disappointed.... More

Visited for a quick bite with some colleagues who were visiting Malta and I was sorry I did. The place was crowded and noisy. We sat at the back of the restaurant where the ceiling light was not working. After standing in line to order our food we got some bland food reheated from the counter. My meat pie was... More

Once again we made it to our favourite cafe in sliema...reasons are pretty obvious, large laid back terrace, good food, nice crown and diving juices. Not to mention the australian vibe which brings so good memories. See you soon Anna

This is the place I miss the most in Malta. Go there and enjoy both sweet and savoury treats. Their savoury muffins opened my eyes to a new world :D
