Excellent

Very friendly service, helpful and happy staff. Great lunch at a very reasonable price, well presented and tasty. This Restaurant is in a wonderful quiet square. This was a highlight of my Malta holiday. Well worth a visit, I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Really friendly staff and happy to help with the fussy English. Food was lovey. I would recommend the Maltese Platter and the Aperol Spritzer.

We chose this small, highly recommended restaurant because it served ftira (filled maltese bread rolls) which I was desperate to try before I left the island. The owner/manager was having no nonsense with serving cheap sandwiches for lunch. They had cooked local pork that morning and that was the very firm recommendation for lunch. Not just for our lunch -... More

Called in for a drink, impressed with half in a barrel glass.Later we came back for a shared Maltese platter and two glasses of wine. This is a hidden gem, good food, excellent service by great staff. Loved it and we will be back

Needed a quick light lunch. Went downstairs and had a lovely light meal with a great bottle of Rose. Service was good. The Maltese and Italian platters were just what the doctor ordered.

Without taking a map into Mdina, it was by pure luck that we stumbled across this incredible spot around lunch time. We took a table outside in the sun where we could people-watch and bask in the warmth. The owner is a lovely woman who took great care of us. We couldn't decide between platters, so we ordered the Maltese... More

Came across this after seeing a board at the end of a pathway in Mdina. Owner was delightful, had a fantastic Italian platter and a large glass of local white Sauvignon wine which was gorgeous! Ambience was relaxed, very small place but well worth a visit - highly recommended!

A hidden gem in the heart of Mdina offers a tranquil setting with local specialities. We ordered wine and cheese platter to share. Food was well presented and the staff was great.
