Okay

We had the fish feast, which was €20 for 2 people. The soup was tasty, and served with bread. The platter was very slow to arrive and was somewhat disappointing. One of the two king prawns was slimy and breaking up, the white bait had been fried without any batter, although that on the platter... read more

Perhaps it depends on which waitress serves you and the chef of the day. We chose the €20 for two lunchtime soup and fish platter and were very pleasantly surprised as to how good it was. The soup was a little thin but tasty. The platter was cooked perfectly, clearly other diners have been unlucky. Also included was a dip... More

We had a pleasant lunch at Pisces, with Grouper and other see food. The portions were generous, prices reasonable and the wine tasty...plus the service was friendly and efficient. While most of the food was good, my fish was a little dry so I'd say 'very good' rather than excellent, but overall a good value meal in a nice setting.... More

I made a reservation for my family and I (five persons) for lunch. We were served drinks within 30 minutes but our starters came in about an hour later. We had time to relax but if we were in a hurry we would leave. We enjoyed our lunch consisting mainly of fish. The seabass seemed fresh but the grouper came... More

We went to Pisces while visiting Marsaxlokk and while at first it seemed OK, we started getting nervous when in almost 30 minutest no one has asked us if we're ready to order. After the order, we've waited almost another half an hour just to get the drinks and some appetizer. After almost 2 hours at the restaurant, the waiter... More

We were attracted by an offer for eur 20 for 2 people for fish soup and seafood platter. Soup was tasty and the platter was big comparing what we have ordered in different restaurant. The plattef itself was a very lovely dish. Food we have ordered arrived very quick

I have eaten at this restaurant countless times but only ever at lunchtime. One of its selling points is the location - you can sit right by the sea and enjoy the views. After reading the negative comments I have to put something too. I always have seafood here (usually shellfish platter) and every time I have had it, its... More

We went into that restaurant just by walking in the area, and it was full of people, so we thought it will be good. We were highly disappointed from that restaurant, on all aspects. Service was very bad, the waiteresses didn't eye contact us, and took more than 30 min to order food. After we ordered we received bread and... More

Went today for lunch with all the family. They boasted of special fish based menu for lunch Accompanied by salad and potatoes. Fish soup for starter and a fish feast platter as main course. We decided to have that. The soup was not that bad although there weren't any fish in the soup. The platter came 30min after. There were... More
