One of the best restaurants on the island

The service may be a bit slow but the food was excellent. The fish was fresh and the pasta was wonderful. Must be on the "should go to" list for any person visiting Gozo

We walked to the front to actually have a meal at a different restaurant but found they didn't have any tables outside. Having looked at Menqa's menu however we were intrigued as the descriptions of each dish showed a bit of creativity and each sounded lovely. When we'd finally worked out what to have (a bit spoilt for choice, I'd... More

Chef Gordon is a really inspired chef. We visited twice and had a fabulous meal both times. Lettuce soup....first time Gordon had made it....awesome...delicious and moreish. I don't like Tomato soup but I do now!!! We love prawns and his were monsters and absolutely superb. Red Snapper fillets with prawns and a creamy sauce were equally delicious. Puddings made by... We arrived just before opening time, but were invited in to take a seat and wait for the kitchen to open. The person who served us was very friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent and worth the wait. My tip - get the main sized serving of the rabbit livers, they were fantastic!

This is one of a line of restaurants along the east side of Marsalforn where the fishing boats moor up. You could literally pick one of 7 or 8 restaurants here, all with the usual sandwich board signs outside, it can be a bit of a lottery. So to save any dithering, go to this one. Very friendly. Food was... More

I didn't have a starter but had home made fig ice cream as a desert this was also delicious. The waiters and waitress were very friendly and knowledgeable, in all a very pleasant evening. I would...
