Great Pizza!

Delicious pizza - dough was crunchy and tasty and not soggy for a change. Staff is very friendly but obviously not trained. Ordered a drink and the waitress forgot so I had to remind her. The bill took quite some time to reach us too. However, not a bad experience overall - food is abundant, tasty... read more

The location is superb and they have a varied menu with seriously reasonable prices. I was a little skeptical and was expecting average food with these prices. To my surprise the food was very good and fresh, we had lamb shanks and fillet mignon and both dishes were delicious. However what made me write this review is the service we... More

I visited marsalforn back in April while I completed a scuba course. My instructor had recommended smugglers cave as a nice spot to grab a bite to eat. We ate there the first evening and then every other evening that week! (Apart from one evening when they closed for a day off!) each day I tried something different off the... More

My wife and I had a good dinner at the restaurant on the 20th of September 2015. Next day we drove back from Gozo to the airport on the main island, where I realised that I had lost my wallet. After trying the hotel in Gozo to no effect, we sent a text to the Smugglers Cave. When we got... More

Although the service is a bit slow, but that makes it up with the good portions and the very reasonable prices plus the fact that the food is good too. If you are in Gozo and are looking for somewhere to eat which is value for money than visit the Smugglers Cave in Marsalforn

Visiting with maltese friends as this is a regular haunt for them in Gozo. Friendly staff who made us welcome. A varied menu with choices for all. Many Italian dishes including several pizza choices As it was chilly, we had lovely hot soups to start followed by traditional Maltese dishes. Beef Olives, Rabbit Stew and spaghetti carbonara. Local Maltese wines... More
