This was a return visit to this lovely restaurant on the quayside. The ambience is excellent and the food is truly great. Cooked to order and served beautifully. I would recommend this place to anyone . The cost is very good.

We recently spent a wonderful 2weeks in Gozo. Our base was in Marsalforn and we happened to eat in Smuggle's Cave on our very first night. We were not disappointed ! This is a truly wonderful Restaurant owned and run so efficiently by Vincent-Vincennzi. The food is of such a high standard -you'll be spoilt for choice and be licking... More

We have been only once at Smugglers Cave. It was the night when we arrived (a bit late) and it was the fist place we found which still offered some food: The food was okay and the staff friendly. The rest of the week we ate at other restaurants which offered a little bit better food but also the prices... More

Been here quite a few times and it has always been very good. We usually we have pizza and I must say the pizza pepperoni is wonderful. The service is very good and the atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Ideal at any time of the day as it is open at any time at least any time we have... More

A great spot for afternoon tea and wicked ice creams and very reasonable. Open until quite late despite us being there out of season. Delicious pizza and friendly service. Gozo wine is really very drinkable!

We stayed in Marsalforn for a few days recently and found the time to eat here twice. The atmosphere was fantastic, the food outstanding and the service warm and friendly. Try the Bergioli; it reminded me of German rolladen. They have a wide selection of drinks if you want to enjoy an aperitif. Very nice place. When we return to... More

We only had snacks, so difficult to review the food, however, it was nice. The service was a little slow and struggle to cater for busy periods. Very pleasant staff and a nice setting looking over the bay late afternoon.

We were a group of 8 and just managed one eatable dish. Ordered roast pork and got nothing close to it, spagetti marinara that was boiled pasta with defrosted seafood spread on it, had to ask for extra suace to add to ravioli as the dish was presented with not much more than a teaspoon of tomato sauce, baked rice... We had a wonderful meal every evening at Smugglers thank you for making our holiday wonderful. Thank you for the extras you gave us every night and we know now the taste of prickily pears fruit of the cactus. We loved your location, your reasonable prices, your beautifully cooked food. But most of all it was your hospitality we loved... More
