Our dinner was excellent, the atmosphere was very relaxing and the service was great. I had the three course dinner of lobster soup, rack of lamb and sorbet dessert and my wife had the shrimp pasta. Both were fantastic. It is pricey, but in line with the cost of food in Iceland. I recommend this restaurant.

We had pizza and tortellini and all four of us greatly enjoyed our meal. The waiter was very pleasant and everything was timely and well made.

Great food, friendly staff, varied menu of pizza and pasta all of which was delicious. Very quaint inside worth a trip just to have a look at the décor. To avoid having to wait for a table eat before 7, gets very busy at the weekend.

Food in Iceland is generally superb so it takes a lot to produce the best meal of the trip which this was. Beautifully cooked and so tasty. The staff were great. The only thing diners need to be aware of are the prices-but don't come to Iceland for a cheap holiday! This was the most expensive meal we had (although... More

Good quality and tasty food in a well decorated dining room (with a view of the pizza oven if you sit at the front). cknstantly bustling staff ensure you get what you need quickly and clear rapidly ready for the queue of walk-ins waiting.

We have just had two weeks in Iceland and Greenland, and having dinner here on our last night in Reykjavik was a great way to end a fabulous holiday. We didn't have a reservation and it was quite busy as it was Friday night but they graciously fit us in. Our meals were all delicious, my daughter raved about her... More

Situated in a historic building on the main shopping street. All 4 meals were very good. My spicy spaghetti with a very abundant amount of large succulent shrimp was cooked to al dente perfection! Taste comparable to Italy! Veal tenderloin was tender & cooked med- med rare. Dinner for 4 & drinks 240 ISK,not bad by Icelandic measures, would definitely urge... More

My wife, daughter, grandson and I visited here in july after our hotel manager arranged a table for us for a special occasion and we loved it. A gentleman who I assume is the manager or owner was very helpful as we had a baby with us and arranged a different table within seconds even though the place was packed,... More

On the main street. Busy but comfortable. Liked their food which included a good ensalada Capresi. Servers were attentive.

This restaurant was so good, that we went there twice. The portions, certainly of spaghetti are very good value for money. The service, atmosphere and food are excellent and the waiting staff look after you with the sort of service other establishments can only aspire to.
