Very enjoyable!

We ordered the sushi surprise and it was delicious, although I'm not sure I'd recommend the deep fried sushi! Service, menu and restaurant were all very good and would recommend Although I would recommend booking in advance as they were very busy

Went there with a friend because it was nearby our hotel. The place was jammin'. I liked the vibe, and the decorations. It was a cuban type vibe- with cuban music and everything. Food was great too. I had the sushisamba 5 course meal. And i was reaaally full at the end. What i liked the most was how the... More

Friends meeting up after a long time and had a lot to talk about. Unfortunately, the music was so loud it was hard to have a decent conversation. I did complain about it, but was told it was supposed to be like this! I did rate the place lower than I wanted to, because of this. The place does look... More

One of the best meals I've had in a long time but, the best sushi I've ever had!! I had the 'simply the best' menu which was fantastically tasty, a definite recommendation!

I visited this restaurant with my girlfriend about one year ago and liked what they offered. This year I traveled with my mother and I chose to return to Sushi Samba. We had one of the tasting menus and were not disappointed. The menu was well composed and an interesting combination of well-known flavors and new experiences. The service at... More

Came here first night as was right next to our hotel. It's kind of ok. The sushi is certainly not the best ever had as some reviews say, and some is a bit odd as the sushi was deep fired. Didn;t get this whole samba/sushi thing to be honest. You won;t regret coming here. Gete the combined menus for a... More

Friends of ours were on vacation in Reykjavik a few weeks fore us and recommended this place. After a long day of site seeing in 18 deg. F, we just wanted a good meal. The dining room was full but the lounge was opened and looked more cozy anyway so I asked if we could be seated there and they... More

It is a good restaurant for the sushi lovers, but I wouldn´t call it an excellent restaurant. The sushi is overly diversified, instead of the traditional one. the "samba" spicy food was good. It was ok to try once, but I don´t think I will be going back there any time soon. It is a very cozy place and certainly... More

Really great food. Ive had sushi all around north america - this was fantastic...but id have to say one of the best shrimp tempura's ive ever had. we tried the whale, the shrimp tempura (which i could have eaten all night), and a variety of sushi and sashimi...all really good. it was busy so make sure you get a reservation.
