A nice and comfy place, nothing spectacular but never disappointing. Best value during lunch, don't recommend the hamburger though.

It is exciting to visit a 5 star restaurant to order a burger. The reason is that I had been told it was the best burger in Reykjavik, I had to find out. The short story, it was excellent, different in a good way with a killer curly fries on the side. Great lunch if you are in town.

Sure, It is a good restaurant. The food is really, really nice. We chose the tasting menu with wine, and I must say, the tasting was good. The starters came really fast, too fast. The waitress explained that this was always the case, but the main menu(s) would be a lot slower. Unfortunately, that was not the case, making it... More

We spent a beautiful evening in one of the best restaurants in Reykjavik. It was a truly pleasant experience and we enjoyed the unique and happy atmosphere. The service was nice and we felt very cozy and comfortable. The food was just excellent although a bit overpriced. Just one thing to note: pesto is served for pasta but not for... More

Ate dinner here on our last night in Iceland. Did have a reservation, place seemed very busy so pleased we did. Nice decor and feel to the place. Service honest and helpful. Presentation off food very good. Steak cooked well. One of the best deserts ever. Huge wine list. Not cheap but no where is in iceland. Would recommend and... More

The restaurant has a lovely modern lay out inside, with particular nice seating areas downstairs. The service is excellent- we felt really well looked after while we were there- and the quality of the food is fantastic. It is on the pricey side but totally worth it.

Really interesting interior design, look out for private tables behind the timber screens. Apparently it's a converted cinema, great lighting for an evening meal. The steak was perfect, medium rare is rare! Beef carpaccio was the best ever and the wine wasn't unreasonable. Not a cheap evening but absolutely worth it. Service was very good and not rushed.

They were about to close and fit us in, which we really appreciated after having just arrived in the city. The food was great and the service was accommodating.

Before I visit this restaurant, this is NO.1 in tripadvisor, and I fully agreed. I and my wife ordered meat and fish plate. They are amazing quality, enough quantity, and very beautiful setout. Dessert was also just fantastic. And this restaurant seat are also wonderful. In the downstairs, the seat are separated and so they are like private room. We... More

We arrived slightly early before opening time for dinner, but they kindly showed us to our table. A little pricey but the food and service is totally worth the price. :) One of the best restaurants in Reykjavik.
