We ended up here after our first choice of restaurant was full and were so happy this was the case. The restaurant was bustling, warm and inviting but the food was delicious. I had the fish of the day and it tasted as good (maybe better than it looked). Portions were generous and prices reasonable - I would highly recommend.

This restaurant was round the corner from our hotel, it has a good varied menu, there were plenty of fresh fish dishes and the service was friendly. Wonderful fish and chips! The only thing is it got very crowded after 7pm, so an earlier visit may be better if you like a quiet meal!

Had a delicious dinner (lobster pasta & prawns) and also a cheese cake. Breakfast included when staying at Hotel Fron. Location is great and price is the average cost in Iceland for dinner.

Visited here twice with my wife Glenys in February 2015. The first visit was for dinner and it was an excellent visit-based on this alone I would have gone for a 4 star review. The menu was excellent with some interesting options. The service was very friendly and quick. The second visit was for lunch on a day when most... More

Order two cakes for celebrate birthday in room during mid-night. Waitress pretty nice to decor those cakes with candy set in box. Male head waiter / captain borrow a lighter for me to lighting up the candle. Cakes were delicious and tailor made.

This restaurant offers good quality food in a pleasant setting right on one of the main streets in town. However, like most restaurants here it is pricey. Staff were friendly and efficient. Guests at the Fron hotel have their breakfasts here...an excellent buffet it is too.

We walked down the street for a while until we found somewhere which was within our budget, I had the steak sandwich. Which was good, nothing that I would die for but good. It was around the same I would pay in the UK so not too bad. Others in my party had the fish which was very expensive, and... More

We had the fish and chips and they were very good. They accommodated our request to prepare our food quickly as we were running behind. The atmosphere was nice. It is also the provider of the breakfast for Hotel Fron.
