Had an outstanding meal while in Reykjavik . We did two of the 'tasting' menus and all was delicious. the wine was paired nicely. the atmosphere was very nice as well. I wouldn't consider it 'traditional Icelandic food' although the ingredients were, they added some nice touches to make it very tasty. highly recommended.

My wife had the set menu for two, food is superb and service is excellent. Expect to pay £100 for wine and a three course meal for two, but the quality makes is so worthwhile. Hard to believe food gets any better than this.

I ordered the salad with langoustine and scallops and it was really good. An honourable mention goes to the bread and butter that is erved as a complimentary treat. The butter was fluffy and delicious and the bread was amazing as well.

If you want to have a really outstanding meal with a very special Icelandic flair, try this Seafood Grill. Presentation and quality of local food is extremely good, special dishes are exceptional. You will need to book as this restaurant is always packed. Seating is very tight, service very friendly. It is real value for money. Highly recommended. Bon Appetit

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Reykjavík. Fantastic seafood beautifully presented, good service, cozy atmosphere, good value for money. Sofar I've taken my mother out to eat there, my two sons, had meals with friends and work related dinners. Especially recommend the lobster feast. Reliably wonderful but would reserve a table.

We came here on our last night in Reykavik, we'd been blown away by all the food we'd eaten in our 5 day trip and this place didn't disappoint! I had the grilled fish of the day, Ling, and oh my! It was delicious! I've never had such tasty fish ever! The pearl barley risotto it came with was amazing... More
