Yummy

My partner and I started with the seafood soup which is absolutely delicious!! We went for lunch so prices were significantly cheaper than dinner. I tried the puffin app which was pretty terrible haha. A little too slimy and raw for my taste. and then ended with the seafood pasta was abundant and... read more

What more to say? Amazing food, lovely people and really well decorated. We even went back another night to enjoy the white chocolatemousse with raspberries and hot caramel once more... However, quite expensive for continental Europe standards. But hey, definitely worth it!

I brought a group of 6 Europeans for a dinner and everybody in the group really liked the food. We went for a set 3-course menu and each dish was better than the one before. Fish was very fresh and the presentation great. The following day most of the guys mentioned how nice the dinner had been.

A la carte menu started at 4000Kr and the 3-course set dinners ranged from 7000-10000Kr. If you get the Reykjavik vouchers (Jan-Mar 2016) available from 24/7 supermarket, you can get 20% off the food bill. The food itself was very good, and the service was impeccable. The waiter diligently filled our tap water bottles, and checked on us gracefully without... More

This is a very tasty place to eat. Also very crowded- so means it is really good, given that the price is high, but in Iceland it is normal.

Low ceilings gave an intimate feel to the restaurant, the soft lighting also added to the ambiance .Staff were polite, knowledgeable of their menu and spoke excellent English. The menu was extensive with a priority to seafood as you would expect from somewhere called the Seafood Grill I suppose. The clientele here appeared very international. Good extensive range of starters and mains and I... More

Surrounded by low lighting and driftwood, we enjoyed a relaxing, authentic yet original meal at this restaurant. The service was polite but friendly, the food was Icelandic yet familiar and the wine was great. We really enjoyed our meal here. The appetizers were all fantastic. It's on the higher end pricing but well worth it for a romantic meal.

If you like to dine in the thoroughfare to the restrooms then this is the place for you. Most of the dining room is laid out in a snaking fashion to the bathroom so no matter where you sit every other patron has to pass you twice. Oh! And then the food. Menu sounds good but when served is over... More
