Me and my wife where going to the theater on a Wednesday night and wanted to have a romantic dinner before. So we had only about 1 1/2 hours time limit. We called the restaurant Nauthóll and they said no problem and we arrived there 6 pm. We were greeted by very friendly staff and seated next to the bar... More

I had lunch here yesterday and it was fabulous. I had the fish of the say, which was salmon, and it was perfectly cooked. The potatoes, other veggies, seasonings and the sauce complemented it perfectly. My husband had the fish soup, which I tried, and it too was delicious. Definitely not your typical boring fish soup. I might order it... More

We were there for dinner our first night in Rejkavik on the recommendation of our tour operator. Icelandic Encounters. The food was fresh, langoustines, lamb, salad. The restaurant is located outside the center of town by a geothermal beach. -Worth the drive. It atmosphere is modern, with large windows overlooking the beach. Very good

We went for an early dinner before going to see the Northern Lights. Staff are friendly and the restaurant view is very nice. We ordered braised and shredded lamb shank and langoustine salad. Both are very well done and total worth the price. Highly recommend if you stay in the Natura hotel as it is just a less than 10... More

A bit far from the city center (is near the domestic airport), but easy access with bus 19 or by foot from the Natura hotel. Really worth the effort to go there. Excellent food with reasonable prices (for Iceland): the lamb shank is just extraordinary. Extremely good service, fast and very smiling. Nice and modern facility. Our best dinner in... More

My partner and I decided to invite our friend for lunch on our last trip to Iceland. I found the place to be located in a very beautiful area outside the city centre by the geothermal beach. The restaurant has glass surroundings with modern design overlooking the sea. The staff very extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is of very... More

Lovely clean restaurant adjacent to the beach. We only stopped for coffee, but when next in Reykjavik I intend trying it out.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Went there with my husband and three year old daughter. She was able to run around outside all she wanted and was given crayons and paper to draw on and a glass of milk when she went to ask for it.

Service was impersonal, premises are Scandinavian, white and rectangular, tables aligned. Large windows gave view to a large parking place. Completely full at lunch, mainly young people ordering hamburgers from a menu advocating healthy courses. People are still living in the pre-2008 crash style-over-substance era. The blue ling of the day was fine, but the accompanying mashed potatoes were cruelly... More
