We went here because of the reviews on Tripadvisor and were not disappointed. Fish and chips for two with a glass of wine each was about £40 which is very reasonable for Reykjavik. Portions were huge and we got some lovely sour dough bread as well! We didn't try the other dishes, but the lamb shanks looked great as well.... More

The food and staff are just excellent. I had the best fish and chips of my life at Harry's and my companions equally enjoyed the haddock. We decided to go back the following night and the lamb shank and lamb chops were just as good. The waiter and waitress were so polite and accommodating that it was a pleasure to... More

A quiet restaurant with fantastic food. The fish and chips were delicious, we also had lamb and haddock and would thoroughly recommend both.

Ate here twice. Food really tasty and really well presented. Staff so friendly. Shrimp tempura gorgeous, beef beautiful. Would highly recommend. We gave a tip and the young waiter was so honest, he asked us if we made a mistake because he thought the tip was too much. Wine and ambience lovely.

The food was excellent, the pork belly and fish and chips some of the best of each dish I've had. The staff were also great going out of their way to be helpful to all customers including the guy next to us who was so rude I can't believe how they coped with him! I wouldn't hesitate to go back,... More

Felt a bit wrong to be going to an oriental restaurant when in Iceland but it was near our B&B and I had read they had quite a broad menu. The reviews were right. The fish and chips where some of the best I have ever eaten, and coming from a giel from the South west of the Uk that... More

Visited after reading all the trip advisor reviews and it didn't disappoint! A lovely small (about 10 tables) restaurant with truly excellent food. And nice large portions :) highly recommend.

We arrived in a snowy Reykjavik in February and after dropping off our bags in the hotel were ready to eat. So like always, we checked out TA and headed for Harry's after reading lots of great reviews. We hadn't made a booking but there was no problem getting a seat as there was 2 tables free, lucky us. The... More
