Very tasty

Menu is a mix of Indian, Tibetan and Nepalese but all around very tasty. Prices are OK and the staff was very friendly. Centrally located.

This is a very nice place right on Laugavegur. Service is very kind - although we found it kind of slow. You *have* to try the "Chef's signature" Nepalese Masala with its honey and "secret spice mix" sauce. I eat Indian food a lot but this was a very original and astounding taste explosion. The prices are hefty but definitely... More

Nepalese Kitchen is without a doubt the best Indian food in Iceland. This really does not do it justice -- even in my home town, where there are many Indian people and restaurants, this one would still stand out. I have no idea how they manage to make such good food in Iceland, where securing the ingredients for good curry... More

Very tasty and good quality food. Right in the middle of city centre. If you are going to stay in Reykjavik and this is one of the best place to eat food. My stay was for a week and all week I was going to this place to eat.

During my stay in Reykjavik for about three months, I visited this place more than 10 times. The food was so awesome and the owner was very nice and kind talking. Soothing music had created a meditative atmosphere. Overall the customer service was really great!! Indeed who can beat the eastern people on exotic customer service !! Overall, it was... More

If you're in Reykjavik, you certainly should go to this restaurant in the main shopping street. The outside of the building may not attract you (looks a bit cheap), but the inside is very cosy and the food will surprise you. Simply delicious. And also a friendly staff that repeatedly will ask you if everything is ok.
