We visited this restaurant after reading reviews on here, The service at this restaurant was very good even the chef came out of the kitchen to speak to us. The popaddums were homemade and so lovely. Mains were great and just the right spice i would have a curry. Highly recommend visiting here.

Fantastic food - less oily and far sweeter than a UK counterpart. Not too expensive by Reykjavic's standards either! One slight letdown was the naan - I'd not bother if I were to return.

I have tried a lot of indian type restaurants but was very surprised with this one. Even naan tasted amazingly! Food is very fresh and feels light. I enojoyed this place the most in Iceland. Service was pleasant. I wish I had a chance to come there again during my trip.

Kitchen - Eldhús is our favorite restaurant in Reykjavík! The food is very very good and the service is excellent. Have a chat with the owner about the family recipes from Nepal and listen to traditional Nepalese music while dining and you are in for a great and interesting evening.
