The lunch choice at Smor is limited, but adequate. This time the lamb was well prepared and tender, but the pure and other sides were quite flat in taste. The companion's cod was quite salty. The cranberry desserts confused, the ice cream was fresh and tasty, the cake dry.

About 20 different sorts of food representing typical Finnish Christmas food, and then some more. Very good quality food, well thought combinations and good service! I was slightly disappointed in the dessert table, but that's about the only thing where they need to improve.

I went her with a group of friends for a set three course dinner menu that was clearly inspired by autumn colours and produce. We first received a small glass of mushroom mousse as complements of the chef. Then a wonderfully creamy pumpkin soup (the smoked mozzarella was heavenly) for starters accompanied by house bread. As a main we had... More

It was my pleasure to eat a three course lunch in Restaurant Smör in Turku Finland. The starter soup was creamy, fish excellent and the desert sweet and tasty. Furthermore, the staff was professional and polite.

We went for a dinner to celebrate a special occasion with my wife. We both had the 47e three course menu, which was very reasonable. All the dishes were exceptionally good, prepared with seasonal ingredients, in a surprising manner. It was the best dinner we have had in Turku, hands down. The wines were great as well, although a bit... More

I expected a lot, but I have to say that I did not get my money's worth. Prices and athmosphere led me to expect more, but what I got wS only average.

This restaurant is at venue where all the happening at Turku seem to happen. There are also few good restaurants and wine restaurants at this street. Smör is a likable, dusky cellar restaurant. Nothing mind blowing or experimental but they have good ingredients with good flavors. We all took a 3 course meal and with the help of the staff... More

Took some business friends there and all of us were impressed. The menu includes some "experimental sounding" dishes that work very well. Service is very good. A solid overall performance. The main room has poor acoustics, so for more intimate or important meetings book one of the smaller rooms.

The staff was very professional. The food was well prepared and included quality incredients. I suggest taking one of the menus (3, 4, 5 courses) to sample the food.

Restaurant Smör ('Butter') has the 'Chaine des Rotisseurs' sign with reason. The standard of atmosphere, food, wines and service are on a high standard. Recommend the 3-6 course surprise Menu with selected wines. Thank You.
