This Winebistro has been chosen as the winebistro of the year. For many good reasons! The range of wines is quite large and you can find there many curiocities, for example splendid red wine from Slovenia! Their speciality is tapas, but you can find there also very tasty different kind of portions and waiters are able to recommend suitable wines... More

I have visited Figaro on and off monthly for two years now and the service is getting worse but the food is getting better and better. If you want good service leave it but if you can take it then go for the food - price is quite high for Jyvaskyla...

I have been invited to this resto several times and have been disappointed each time. Despite exotic and seemingly innovative menu items, I have found nothing outstanding and often the dishes disappointed their description in both presentation and taste. Inattentive service.

I went with some girl friends. It's a place to enjoy nice food and drinks while chatting. A bit pricy but ok.

The food here was more than excellent although there menu is short and don't know why they are rated among the best 5 restaurants in whole Finland according to Lonely Planet, but certainly a place to go when you arein Jyvaskyla. The lobster sandwich I had was a one to remember. The wine not outstanding though.

Loved our dinner out. As always the children are well catered for at Finnish restaurants. They always have toys to keep them entertained. Top salmon. Very nice interiors too. It's necessary to book in advance, a favourite by the locals!

Very cood food and nice atmosphere. love their Rye-flavoured Esgarcots Au Gratin. As main course i had Fried Whitefish; fennel beurre blanc, pan-fried gnocches and dill pesto and as dessert: Pistachio Cake and honey-yogurt ice cream Mascarpone and pistachio mousse. All very good and fresh. This is my place to take my guests and eat well. Winebar is also nice.

We visited Figaro Winebistro (next to the actual Figaro restaurant). They serve tapas, some main courses and few desserts. Wine list is quite short but all wines are available per glass also. We also noticed that wine list from actual restaurant is available. Bone marrow tapas can be highly recommended, also their ice cream dessert is absolutely perfect - it... More

Visited few times here. This time having tapas and wine at winebistro side. Service is above normal finnish restaurant level. Menu is different and exiting. I can highly recommend this place in city.
