Demo is definately not the best dining experience in Helsinki. After visiting Luomo I was expecting Demo to be the same highest quality. However I was suprised with quite average food, not the best service and... You know, they will even charge you for tap water.

Excellent food, excellent wines. Service is very good, polite, could be a bit more relaxed. Maybe a little bit too formal. The place itself and the decoration is so nordic, very plain, very elegant, but also cozy. Wonderful place for romantic dinner, business dinner, dinner with friends - everything goes!

Tasty, innovative food with good wine pairing. A little bit stingy on wine refilling when you have the package (we only had a refill on the red wine after asking). This visit was not planned in advance but because of the early timing of the day we got a table. 4 course dinner was tasty and included also some surprises. The wine menu: Excellent and provided special moments.

Small portions, taste ok, my piece of fish weighed at max 20 grams, if the portions were a bit bigger the menu would be worth its price. They have a very long and wide winelist, sadly though highly overpriced
