Excellent evening dinner

Modern spacious dining area if a little drab with dark fixtures and fittings. Out look is onto the main entrance and towards the shopping area a few streets away..... Menu is quiet extensive and varied both in choices and prices...choice is yours. I ordered Pasta with fennel, spinach with... read more

I stayed at the Holiday Inn on business and I really didn't want to get dressed and sit on my own for dinner... I just ordered a Caeser salad and water which came to €30.90! Very standard salad so very expensive for what it was... I understand that there is an additional charge but is €10 really necessary to bring... More

Ate twice during the stay, first time had teriyaki burger (ok but a bit dry) and another time chicken pasta which was nice. Staff was very helpful and service was very quick. However, I think that the quality of the food just and just maches the prices. An easy choice when time is limited.

When I was on a lunch here at noon, there was a lot of place. Food was ok with an ok salad. All in a lunch style as also the price (3 persons 39,60 €). The interior was nice with good space between tables and you could have your lunch undisturbed. Salad and coffee, you had to go after by... More

Under specific circumstances I had a breakfast with my wife in Fokka restaurant at the beginning of our working day in Helsinki. This very much Nordic style restaurant offers buffet breakfast with good combination of hot and cold dishes including bacon and scrambled eggs, sausages, meat balls, beans in the tomato sauce, excellent porridge, yoghurts, freshly baked breads, variety of... I stayed at the hotel this past week while on vacation, and had the pleasure of multiple breakfasts and dinners. Breakfasts were always hot, plentiful, and all-you-can-eat. No matter what your taste - bacon, eggs, fish, pastries, cereal, fruits, veggies, cheese, meats, etc - there was something for you. Dinners are a bit on the pricey side, but if you... More

Nice selection, seasonal menus, acceptable quality although some desserts seem not to be freshly made (Belgian waffle tasted like 2 da old or from a supermarket package, creme brulee was totally cold). Service was nice as was the ambiente, no first class restaurant.

For a hotel chain restaurant, the ambition level is solid. The classics remain attractive; the specials are well executed. The service is particularly warm and friendly; the attention is memorable and appreciated. The crew remains stable, and therefore create the ambiance; many happy meals!

Typical business hotel, with average food. Not good, not bad. Menu with meat, seafood and vegetarion. So, there is some choice, but nothing really exciting. I had the chicken with goatcheese as main course. The time between ordering and serving was suspiciously short. Probably prepared in the morning and hoppa: in the microwave! You better take a taxi and go... More
