This is a must if you are in the area! A great place to enjoy cake and a hot drink. The service was very good and the ladies that served us spoke great English. It is reasonably priced but the quality of the cakes was excellent. There was a problem with the hot chocolate machine and so the lady gave... More

They have stayed in a same level many years. Nothing much has changed. I would like too see and taste something new! Traditional cafe in Helsinki. Kahvila on vähän "jämähtänyt" paikoilleen. Toki toiset pitävät turvallisuudesta. Itse toivoisin joitain uusia tuulia. Laatu tasaista.

We ate here on a whim because there were a lot of people eating here on the weekends. Once we ate here, we were not disappointed. Since there were five of us with different tastes, it was nice to eat because of the varied food selection. There were sandwiches, desserts, and even a buffet with a lot of food.

I'm from the Seattle, Washington area and love espresso. While I was in Helsinki I visited the Karl Fazer Café for coffee and a dessert. Of course, Karl Fazer is known for their chocolates, but I wasn't sure how well they'd do as a café. That changed the second I walked in the door and smelled the espresso and saw... More

Fazer cafe is for coffeelovers. Coffee is tasty, but for foreigner, prices is quite high. Coffee and cake goes easily over €10. Location is good, so it is easy to pop by.

The weekend bruches are very desirable. And also popular, so be prepared for a little queue. Good quality if you like bread, pastries and some sweet treats. The croissants are the weakest point, wouldn´t try them. The cafeteria is awesome in any time, with or without the brunch. So go just for coffee and cake or whatever :)

Very noisy place and prices are expensive. But, delicious food and Finnish Fazer sweets. Worth of visiting! Good location in the walking centre.

Karl Fazer Café is nice but expensive. It's annoying that it's hard to find a free table, always so crowded!

I tried the soup buffet which was really worth the money. 10 € for a lovely soup with chunky bits of salmon. Plus a selection of toppings and bread. I also had some tiny piirakka with salmon, yummy. My companions tried a sallad and a pie, but were not as pleased. To small for the price were their judgements. But... More

For 20€ you get a good brunch at Fazer cafe. During the winter season the fruits have been replace by berries, we missed it at our last visit. Nevertheless, this is probably the best brunch place in the city.
