This place is a-must-do when I visit Helsinki. Its easy find, not to long from the ferrys to Sweden. The big, beautiful, shiny FAZER-sign over the entrance promises an interior of something much more classic-retro-look than one will find inside, but It's ok. Service is quick and very friendly. Pastries are appealing of course, and the food (light meals, like... More

We stopped for tea and pastries. The Menorca cake was delicious, highly recommendable. It is a good stop if you are visiting downtown Helsinki. Prices are reasonable for finnish standards. A few tables are available outside but there seems to be no service.

We went for lunch and enjoyed their soups very much. I had the carrot ginger soup and my friend had the salmon soup. Both were excellent. The salads, sandwiches and smørrebrød looked beautiful and fresh but we weren't hungry enough to try them. They also have a large shop area where you can buy candies and chocolates. In addition to... Brunches during sundays are excellent. Be there in time to avoid waiting lines. Bread is very good as the company is famous for its bakery and candys over a decade. Summer times you have a possibility to enjoy all of this outside in a terrace. Coffee and different flavours of tee available. This place is very well known of its... More

Lovely food in this traditional café. There is also lunch available daily. Menu can be seen on the homepage. Table is good to reserve in advance. Food is excellent but it has it's price.

We tried the place first for a quick coffee with cake. Really good, the filter coffee I had was freshly brewn, and since they had many customers I guess it always is. Later we wanted something light for dinner, so we went back for Ceasar Salad with shrimps. I had beer to go, they also have wine. Shrimps were very... More

We stayed across the street and tried this place for lunch. We each had an antipasti plate since we weren't sure what some of the other things were. It was really good and the price was reasonable.

Sat out on a lovely sunny Sunday. Situated on a pedestrian street . My Jasmine tea was served in a large cup with a tea filter in it. Great quality. The coffee was also good and tasty. Free WiFi. Not the cheapest place in Helsinki but worth the money for the atmosphere and good quality drinks......served with a chocolate!
