Cheap and ordinary

I have eaten meatballs several times in Ikea Espoo, last time was this November. Ikea food is very cheap, but as you can guess it's not that great. But if you're on tight budget, I'd advise you to eat here rather than some pizza place - at least it's a bit more healthy choice.

Cheap, and good enough to eat if you are really hungry.. Very basic scandinavian style food, not too many options to choose, but enough "fuel" to survive another round of shopping in huge Ikea store.

We visit the Espoo Ikea regularly and unfortunately there's not much new and exciting merchandise. The last time we didn't find anything, but that might have been just because we didn't really need anything special. I also don't like that the kid's playroom is only for under 7-year-olds. So if we happen to have our 8-year-old son with us, he... More

Usually they have some deals that you get with IKEA card. You can get that card from downstairs computer for free. Meatballs are good. Don't order too many. Usually 10 is fine. Fries are better than mashed potatoes . Also cheap and decent Finnish cinnamon roll on sale. Quality is nothing likr Kaisan Cafe Tapiola quality !!! But cheap !

This is a basic Ikea department store with a good selection. The building is right by the freeway but hard to find there as there no official signs pointing out the way to the store. Once you get there, it's always easy to find a parking lot, and the place is nice.

I went to Ikea in August 2011. I walked from Espoo railway station to Ikea by walk. It took around 30 minutes. Everything you need for your home is in Ikea and with a good price. But it is far away from Helsinki and only one bus from Espoo railway station... You can take the bus number 85 86 42... More

The boys love the meatballs. But I think it is more about the "experience" tahn the taste... The price is quite ok now when they monday-thursday before 17 have an offer of the standard adult meatballs at half the price...

Great meatballs for feeding hungry kids while shopping. Very good kids facilities, and the cheapest family deal in Espoo.
