Tasty, friendly and hearty

I have eaten there three times. The service is always very kind and welcoming. The second time I went we were a large group and the waitresse even offered us a typical Sami alcoholic drink! (Which by the way I would recommend to try at least once! it's "Terva" alcohol) The reindeer and elk meet... read more

Liked the service staff as they really try hard but then some of their English is limited. I'm a picky eater so for me the ingredients are fresh but the dishes lack sophistication/falvors but the kitchen does try to make the presentation of the dish look fancy.

Food here is very-very tasty. Especially bear and lake fish. Don't be surprised by the short menu, it's a sign of well organized process. The only remark: choice of wines (by glass) is quite limited.

Where to begin? Mediocre food, paltry service and a terribly uncomfortable dining area make Nili a great disappointment for anyone thinking that the high price tag will equal a quality meal and an original Lappish experience. As a gift from my in-laws, my wife and I decided to go to Nili for our 10th Valentine's Day together and will never... More

We had a really nice dinner in restaurant Nili! The crap soup and arctic pirke perch were excelent! We tried all three desserts and liked them all!

The food we ate was delicious, mushroom soup, bear meatball, steak and salmon. The attendants were nice, and the ambient very pleasant. But the price was waaaaaay expensive. We paid €50 per person, for a dinner that wasn't that big... If it were less expensive it would get a very well deserved 5.

Loved the food and the ambiance, everything is very traditional. We were four adults and tried possibly everything from the menu, loved the reindeer meat and the desert made out of some kind of cheese. The only negative side is that the kids menu does not include international dishes. Whereas I do understand that this is a Lapland restaurant, but... More

Foods are traditional and delicious. King crab soup, reindeer and smoked salmon was good and worth to try. Breads would be fresh. You should make reservation ahead of the dinner. Marieanne, lady who is making the service in the Restaurant, is excellent. Doing almost everything in the Restaurant. Making reservation, showing and cleaning tables, taking orders, making service, taking payments... More

We decided to go here on our last day of the vacation! Traditional Lapland cuisine! We didn't have a reservation, but luckily there was a spot for us! The ambiance was great, all Lapland style! But next time better make a reservation because I thinks it's a popular spot! The food is great but expensive! So be prepared to leave... More
