Quick service, not bad anti-pastos

Typical Rosso-consept. Not bad as a matter of fact, but nothing special. A good place to have a dinner with your family, but if you are looking more romantic place, please toward your steps to somewhere else.

It was more like gringo pizza than Italian. Since its a chain restaurant, i can understand, but its not Italian. Service is good, prolices are ok. We ordered kids mashed potatoes with meatballs for 8 euros. Pizza was 13 euros, and beers very expensive. You can not charge 7.50 for a pint of local beer.

Rosso is a local favorite among some of my colleagues, but I have found their food bland and rather predictable. The salad bar is minimal. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere more adventurous, I would advise you to do so.

The food was nice and it has some dishes for vegetarians/vegans or special diets, which is really nice. They have salads included in your meal. I was missing real mediterranean food like the olives, olive oil, tomato and pesto! I ordered a pizza and don´t regret - it was very nice, although I would be lying if I said it... More

Pricing seems pretty normal for Finland and the servings are pretty generous. I got a pizza on rye crust which was pretty awesome and my wife got a chicken pasta dish which tasted pretty good. We asked to split a desert and the chef split it for us on different plates which was great. I got a coffee from them... More

I've been eating in Rosso restaurants around Finland since my childhood, and it's always kind of same. Pizzas are fine, but nowadays a bit overpriced. Of course the place has a better atmosphere that basic cheap pizza places, so it works well for dinner happenings too. Service was fine and the wine was good. Salad table included to the price... The Rosso is the basic attempt at Italian that you will find anywhere. That said the service is pleasant and does the job. The food is fine especially considering where in the world it is located. Pizzas are quite nice. Price OK for these parts. Like all the restaurants on the block quite dark and heavvy.

Situated across from the bustling Market Square. We were welcomed very quickly and given menus in English by a lovely waitress who spoke excellent English. This is a casual restaurant with a very good menu. We enjoyed being able to sit outside under shade in a non smoking area - I wish more restaurants would cater for non smokers in... More

A Finnish take on Italian food but tasty and nicely presented. Cheerful service, menus in various languages but pricy. 17 euros for chicken wrapped in ham with fresh vegetables and a very generous amount of marsala sauce. If you're used to western European wine prices, just multipy by three and you'll have some idea of how wallet busting it can... More
