Good variety

I was there with my friend for lunch menu, and it was luckily a Veggie Day.. Being me a veggie, had a good variety of food. Two main course, and many variety of salads in a buffe. The restaurant itself is cozy and with antique style to it. I enjoyed this place very much.

We walked in on a Thursday evening without a reservation, but luckily they have a "casual dining" option, in addition the the dining room. The service was awesome. I think it was his first day! I don't remember his name, but I really appreciate his excellent service and going above and beyond to be helpful and explain everything. We chose... More

A restaurant with a new concept! Nothing served on the plate is more than 4 hours drive with car (exception, wine from Europe only) from the restaurant, everything is ecological. Very exciting and modern food with a twist. Only a couple of fixed menus to chose from. The difference between the menus is how many dishes that are included. They... More

We had their evening "surprise menu" with accompanying wine package/suggestions. Adventurous and interesting - and delicious. I eat their lunch buffet regularly, maybe once a month. Always excellent selection of dishes (sallads and a great soup, plus meat and fish or vegetarian) Great value for the money (around 145 SEK).

Eating here is a challenge. There are no certainties. The food challenges your conventions about taste and if you have have an open mind you will love it! Try the open menue "the chair" and let go of control. The experience of new taste combinations are even more pleasant when you know that the restaurant takes pride in using Eco... More

This restaurant have a high ambition serving food from sustainable resources. They make it almost all the way. The tastes are fantastic though and the wine sections superb. They dropped a little bit in attention towards the end of our evening which left them out of my top ten list. But definitely the best restaurant in Gothenburg when it comes... More

Having turned up on a Saturday night through pouring rain and looking like drowned rats, my girlfriend and I asked for a table more out of hope than expectation. In light of the far more well-dressed clientele elsewhere, it seemed a long shot, but a table was available. We opted for the four-course taster menu with wine flight, which admittedly... More

Ate their "Matbar" surprise-menu. I can only sum it up with: better than Sjömagasinet, and about the best food I've had in Gothenburg. This I'd recommend to anyone.

Wasa Alle was without doubt one of the highlights of our short trip to Gothenburg. It was by no means cheap (£60 pp for the four-course menu, plus another £50pp for drinks) but the tasting menu with drinks to match was faultless. Incredible food, every single drink perfect and knowledgable and warm service. Would whole-heartedly recommend for a special occassion,... More

This resturant has its famous "Stolen" which consist of 7 dishes and to this you can buy a wine & beer package. The beverage and food taste extraordinary perfect together and makes you feel like a eating god. The interior is very modern, though the entrance starts with a large stone roman staircase. Then posh interior with cool lamps in... More
