Simple tables and a friendly service should not mislead you: the food here is of the highest quality and the choice of wines and spirits of all kinds is exceptional. A superb restaurant in the very centre of the city.

We were recommended it by the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, generous portions. We had the cured meats for starters, followed by the elk and the pork in cider. Very generous helpings. The pork was gammon, but good. Too full for pudding.

I went with a group of friends and we had a very nice meal. I had their famous meatballs and they were very good, accompanied by pickled cucumber and lovely lingon sauce.
