We only had lunch but that was perfect. The service was excellent and the place itself is all worth the stop. .

The atmosphere is wonderful-a bit pricey, but my husband has always said "You get what you pay for." The service was good. We stayed overnight at the hotel and the best part was seeing a painting that the husband (W. Bergewing) of one of my grandmother's best friends had painted. It was such a special find. Looking forward to staying... More

This restaurant is worth a visit just to see the small town of Grythyttan and the old restored buildigs now used as hotel and restaurant. Te restaurant itself has many different rooms decorated vith hostoric pictures, and with a lovely garden with a terrace. The food was splendid, with two full menus which you may combine. The wine list is... More

I have been coming to Grythyttan for lunch and dinner regularly over the years. And over the years Grythyttan has had its ups and downs. The inn retains most but not all of its charm. Standards in the restaurant have once again improved. Right now the cuisine can be considered good, if not great, while service is both competent and... More

I had lunch with my partner and my parents at Grythyttan last month. The menu was quite limited but I would have loved to have been able to try all of it! (There was also the choice of a buffet but we opted for a la carte). We all thought that the food was fantastic! I've been to Grythyttan several... More

This was my 3'd visit to Gryttgyttan. The staff as before was super. The environment I really like and finding it relaxing. The food was perhaps not as good as my previous visits but still high standard, there was something on the plate that I did not quite see work out with the meet this is why I'm stopping at... More

Was here a couple of days ago with my best friend. It was such a lovely experience, the staff was so attentive, young and maybe not always updated on the menu, but they really tried hard. The 4 course menu was very tasty and the non-alcoholic wine package not on the right spot, but it worked. The interior is classic,... More
