Delightful tasty food

After weeks of poncy and stuffy dining in expensive Stockholm restaurants, Chutney was the perfect antidote. Simple concept: 4 main choices for 95Sek each. (Other dishes available for 150 ish) Go back as often as you like till you're full. I didn't as I was stuffed at the first pass. Vegetable... read more

Me and my friends were at Chutney the other day and ate dinner. The place and restaurant itself are great, but the personal was unfriendly and the foot dry. Many of the meal are pre-cooked and can be dry and somewhat tasteless. The sidebar was good.

This was my first meal in Stockholm. If you are a vegetarian this is the place for you! It's filling, has great atmosphere and the price is right. Everything was fresh and full of yummy Indian flavors.I had so much food left over I did the American thing and asked for a box to take my leftovers. They were very... More

This was perfect for my teenage sons and myself. Very tasty food which was so lovely I am going to try my best to replicate it! Cosy interior with communal seating and free bread salad and water. There were about 6 choices and all of them were fabulous-remember to ask for two on your plate. Very easy to find-about ten... More

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit! The vegetarian food is delicious, really unique flavours and fantastic choices. They offer a standard menu (a little more expensive £12 approx) or four daily specials (£8 approx). I would recommend the daily specials, amazing value, generous portion and the option to have a top up for free if you are still hungry.... More

Lovely atmosphere, warm and cosy. Weren't sure how to order at first but staff were friendly and helpful. Enough menu choices and the food was fantastic. Big sized portion and you were able to go back for more. It cost 110SEK each for our meal AND a bottle of juice.

We experienced this restaurants twice, loved it each time! With about 10€ we were able to eat a rich plate with a full vegetarian meal (delicious!).Place is cozy and I would recommend it to anyone, especially to an italian, We don't have much place like this in our country and it's a pleasure finding something like this abroad! Super Recommended

Every city should have a Chutney! Great concept - 4 simple dishes on the menu every day. Choose one (curry, pasta or veg balls) and it comes with rice or potatoes & salad. You help yourself to plentiful grated carrots, cabbage, delicious sauces & chutneys and bread. You can even go up for seconds but have never managed to, as... More
