We were recommended this restaurant by a 2 star Michelin chef and we were glad we listened. This is a hidden local spot with great Swedish cuisine. A fantastic dinner experience at Rolf's place. The beef cheeks are highly recommended, but also overall the service and quality of food lives up to the expectation. Nice atmosphere, relaxed but still professional, I would certainly come back.

The food here is great. The restaurant tries to avoid the usual pretentious atmosphere you normally find in fancy restaurants, which it manages to do. The only negative is that the tables are quite close together so you feel a bit crowded when it's busy (which it often is).

We hadn't reserved a table, but after 15 minutes wait we got seats at the bar. The service was really nice and the food was wonderful. The ambience was relaxed and vibrant. Reserve a table and go

Yes, this is what I personally love in a restaurant. High quality food in a down to earth setting. Staff was super friendly and alert but not interrupting, the food was really some of the best I've experienced in Stockholm and the atmosphere was welcoming. The restaurant was fully seated the whole time I was there, but in the best... More

Visited Stockholm many times, but first visit here. Per title of this review we found the food a thoughtful and well executed balance of traditional and modern cuisine. Orders included house oysters, pork confit, and a delightful spring vegetable entree. Well chosen and reasonable wine list (at least as reasonable as any is likely to be here). Service was friendly... More

The food and service at this restaurant can not be beat. As someone who has food allergies, they made every effort to accommodate my needs. Additionally, they do a great wine pairing with each of their main courses. The bread comes on a tower and overall experience was great! Only downside was the space. The place was packed!

I and a friend visited Rolfs Kök a couple of weeks ago. We just stumbled across it, and of course, they were full, be they had room outside (with large wraps to keep us warm). I had my favorite European fish, sander (or zander), with fresh peas that were outstanding -- I wish I had asked how they were done,... More

I had the Entrecôte with gratin potatoes and green beans. The steak was cooked perfectly, the potatoes were amazing but I was less impressed with the green beans and the creme brule, which was good but quite small in portion size. Overall, it was a very nice dinner and I would return.
