Go for the Humanskost and Klassics

Get something unique to Sweden, but hold on the Meatballs. They're OK, but we really enjoyed the other dishes more. Wallenbergarre is an item you can't find in the states from the Classic Meny and I really enjoyed a braised veal from the Humanskost Meny.

we had to reserve our table well in advance and we were told the table is going to be held for us for two hours. I was not too happy about it; it felt as if we will be fed and rushed out of the restaurant to make a room for the next couple. I was wrong. We were allowed... More

The hotel told us to go here for the meatballs. They were right! The meatballs were great, as was the rest of the meal.. Very nice bistro. Formal but not stuffy.

It is a characterful and charming place, where it is very pleasant to sit, as it is quiet enough for proper conversations. The food was very good, tasteful and creative, though of course pricy but not more than is usual for a good restaurant in Stockholm.

Prinsen restaurant has a very nice athmosphere, old traditional nice building in the city, and the service is just super. J was there in march 2015 and had "Biff Rydberg" and j can tell it is the best "Biff Rydberg" you can get in Stockholm. They also have other good traditional swedish food alternatives like "Wallenbergare"!

Very nice traditional swedish restaurant. Pleasant and cosy ambiance, good service and nice table. If you are looking for a good address is Stockholm, this is worth trying. A little bit expensive like all places in Sweden, but a good moment guaranteed.

Lovely, peaceful setting right in the middle of downtown. Had the meatballs, a Swedish traditional delicacy and they were just delectable! Highly recommended!

We had a 3 course meal, and the starter (reindeer tartar) and main course (slow cooked lamb) were delicious. A bit disappointed by the dessert, but not enough to ruin the great impression I got from this authentic, classy restaurant. Very friendly and professional staff. Great location.

Loved it: very good food, very nice place, very nice staff, perfect location. I will definitely go back. In fact, it's that rare thing nowadays: a proper restaurant, which feels like it, where food is good, and it's pleasant to be in.
