Swedish fika classic

I've been living in Stockholm for 5 years and this has always the go-to place when it comes to Swedish fika. Good pastries, pretty reasonable prices.

This cafe was right next to my Hotel (HTL Kungsgaten) and has a quaint outdoor area as well as plenty of seats and tables inside. I highly recommend the cardamon bun there and if anything, the cardamon dry shake you can add to your coffee. tea or cake.

I made a special effort to come here for the history and because I expected a special baked good. In fact, it DID have an attractive atmosphere but I found my vanilla filled bun to be dried out with the filling spilled out. My spouse's was better. The hot chocolate was nothing special.

A very pleasant and cosy atmosphere, no matter where you sit...inside or in the quiet garden. Sweets are very good, not only if you have sweet teeth :)

This is one of Stockholms most famous Coffe&Tea houses and it is always packed with people so if you are looking for a quiet place to go to... this is not the one. However if you like a busy place and do not mind paying a bit more than at other places, it is surely worth a visit.

Loved this bakery! We went three times in three days! There cardamom bread is just like I remember my grandma making! Extremely fresh!

Vete Katten is old and very nice cafe at the Stockholm city Kungsgatan. They have nice bakery products and some lunch as well. I can recommend this to all.

This konditori has the best stuff to eat. You must try the Princesscake. I can't wait to get back to this place.
