Good spot for coffee and cake

We visited this café based on recommendations in some magazine - and we were not disappointed. We arrived around 10.30 AM on a workday, but the place was already so full that we had some difficulties in finding an empty table. Being rather old, the café has a little bit of the same kind of charm... read more

This is totally the fanciest fika place you could get. Good cake, good beverage, good place, good friends. It's a but pricey though, and it can be hard to find a place because it's always crowded

I ordered my birthday cake here. I learned that Swedish most sold is Princess cake. It is delicious and has an appealing colour, green! Staff was very friendly.

I found this on a website that was about places recommended by locals and i was glad we went. It was super busy and very delicious. If you're nearby, check it out! It reminds me of Paris and the decor is super nice.

I thought it would be amazing, they all talked about this place so much. We had to make a long queue to order our coffee, which was average by the way. The cakes were ok, but the place is too tight and there was barely any room to sit.

Whilst this up market cafe had the most delightful selection of cakes it is certainly worth picking the time for a visit, the lunch period being so noisy and not easy to find a table. However the cakes are worth the wait or even better visit mid afternoon.

We regularly visit Vetekatten for Swedish fika. They have broad selection of fika bread and pastries, all fresh and nice. One the best in Stockholm. It is a popular place and it can be difficult to find seating.

We ordered an assortment of pastries suggested by my Swedish friend (who had lived in America for a while and understood our tastes) - including a creme filled "donut," a Swedish cinnamon bun (with sugar crystals on top, not the icing drizzle), and a saffron bun. You could definitely tell that they all contained much less sugar and spices than... More

This place is very popular among the locals. For a good reason. It may be a little bit pricey, but the quality of the cinnamon buns/cakes is top notch. The athmosphere is nice too, even though it is too crowded at certain hours. One of the few "old school" high quality cafés that still exists in Stockholm. Another good thing... More
