Enjoy "FIKA" here

We searched this cafe out after seeing nice reviews here. The Swedish have a custom they call "Fika" which is basically enjoying coffee and a pastry. We found ourselves drawn here almost every day we were in Stockholm. Tried something different every day and we were always happy with the quality... read more

My boyfriend and I stopped by for fika after a day of walking around Gamla Stan. There was ample seating, especially since there were outdoor tables and chairs with limited umbrellas/shade. Inside, the decor was old fashioned and homey. The staff were pleasant and handled the line with aplomb, as people started flocking in to escape the mid-day sun. There's... More

We really enjoyed our visit. The cake was fantastic and the refillable coffee was a treat. The price was reasonable for Stockholm. A central location which allowed for people watching and relaxing... I'd recommend it.

We were walking in Stockholm and got a bit tired, so our eye caught this nice old place. It has exquisite deserts and snacks. Not to be misses!

I like this café because of its interior design (antique and cosy), also you can sit outside in the sun and enjoy a typical Swedish coffee with a Kannelbulle or some delicious pastries. The prices are quite high, but totally normal for Gamla Stan.

Well, this was bad. Been here a couple of times throughout the years, but last time was quite some time ago. My couple wanted to go there, mainly because to sit outside in the sun. Cheesecake/blueberrycake (45SEK ea) coffee or more like strong tea (40SEK, with refill), another 170SEK wasted. After all this is Gamla Stan where everything is pricey.... More

My wife and I stopped in one morning in the process of exploring old town. A very cute bakery with a warm, inviting atmosphere. We split one of the most beautiful pieces of cake I could imagine. Both the coffee and cake were quite good and the service was quick and friendly. The perfect stop!

We stopped at this bakery for a cup of tea since it was heavy raining. Interior design is exeggerated french style which makes you feel really uncomfortable. Staff is rude . It was a disaponting experience for us.

Sadly I didn't get a chance to actually sit-in at this cafe, but I bought a piece of cake to take back to the hotel with me - and it was one of the nicest cakes I have ever had! It was a slice of sponge, with jam and cream and green icing. I saw this cake in a few... More

Sundbergs konditori is a really old place - from 1785 - and has kept the old interior. It is as also the snacks, the delicate conditors tasty cakes and temptations have an air of the sophsticated old and charming place. As the Old City of Stockholm almost always are crowded with visitors from all over the world, it is also... More
