We had the best meat of our lives in this restaurant!! The food was excellent. The ambiance was also really good. It is such a pity that the service was bad (this is the reason for giving it 4 instead of 5 stars). While the host was really helpful and the guy that was in charge for the garderobe was... More

The restraint occupies a lovely old cellar in Gamla Stan. The staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgable. The food was excellent - I had the Gamla Stan menu with matching wine and particularly enjoyed the reindeer. We'll definitely do back when next in Stockholm.

We had dinner here last night and the food was just amazing! We ate the night before at Rolfs Kok and thought the food there was really good but Fem Sma Hus was even better. If you are looking for traditional Swedish cooking, it's hard to imagine how it can get any better than this. For fans of molecular gastronomy... More

When staying over night in Stockholm we usually visit "Fem Små Hus" for a reliably wonderful dinner! The setting is in charming, old cellar vaults and you have to wind your way down a couple of staircases. The menu is not overly long (a good selection of meat, but only two fish dishes and for the vegetarian just one choice),... More

The food and service here were fantastic. Yes expensive but so is the rest of Stockholm. Worth every penny for the great service and food. We had the smorgasbord of salmon, herring and reindeer mousse to share for starters. We had reindeer steak and veal for mains. The veal was fantastic but the reindeer steak was out of this world!... Visited this restaurant few years ago. This restaurant is very exclusive, unique and has different level combining together. We were invited by my husbands boss with couple of few other people. Ordered the best dish on the menu and the best wine as price is not an issue. Service is good and they are very attentive. If you are on... More

In the middle of the old town. A restaurant in this lovely house for two centuries. Divided into five different levels. Old fashioned service. Modern swedish menu. A really enjoyable treat.

The restaurant is nicely located in the old part of the town. You go down in the basement where you sit in a beautiful old cellar. We have chosen one of the three set menues, which was amazing and really worth the money (around 500 Kronen per Person). We also had the set wine to go with the menue, which... More
